Happy August 28th my friends! And a very 1st Happy Birthday to my sweet baby boy Sam! The littlest Addict is officially 1 today, guys where did the time go?

Anyway, enough of me bawling my eyes out that my baby is one…
It’s officially 10am here on the East Coast, and that means Simpsons Babies Week 4 (the final week) is Live!
Things kick off for week 4 with some dialogue between Bart, the babies, Grampa and the police…
Bart: Time to make Mr. Burns reverse the Youthenizer – by force! Sound off, Simpson family assault squad!
Baby Marge: Goo goo!
Baby Lisa: Boo boo!
Baby Homer: Woo hoo!
Maggie: *suck* *suck*
Baby Lisa: I guess it’s all up to you, Bart. Everyone else is a baby now.
Grampa: I’m not a baby! And my diapey needs changing! Waaah!
Bart: Grampa, take care of the kids. And if I’m not back in one hour, call the police.
Grampa: You’re dumb as a pineapple! You can call the police now!
Bart: I tried that!
Wiggum: Hello, you’ve reached the Springfield Police Department. We’re out getting a new answering machine, so please leave your name and crime after the tone.
Lou: The tone doesn’t work, Chief. That’s why we’re getting a new answering machine.
Wiggum: I’m not following. Let’s roll!
This triggers the week 5 questline, Age Against the Machine, and is followed by a 4hr tasks for the babies., as well as a task to collect Week 4 Currency (50). Age Against the Machine is the questline that will take you through unlocking all of the Week 4 prizes.
Let’s take a look at what else is in store during week 4…
Here’s EA’s synopsis for Act 4/Week 4 (don’t read if you don’t want a story spoiler):
With Bart being the only Simpson not to be babified, it’s up to him to get to Burns to make him revise the Youthenizer. Bart leaves the Baby Simpons with Abe as their babysitter. Abe reminds Bart that he can call the police, which Bart tries only to find that the police are out trying to buy a new answering machine.
Bart makes it inside the power plant only to find a Youthenized Burns who sicks his hounds on Bart. Luckily for Bart, Burns’ hounds have also been Youthenized and turned into puppies! So, Young Burns decides to take matters into his own hands and leaves to find his musket. Meanwhile, Abe is babysitting his baby family who are all getting fed up with waiting for Bart to return.
Abe and family show up at the power plant as Young Burns is hunting Bart with his musket. The babies confront Young Burns who reviles that the Younthenizer was invited by his frenemy, Thomas Edison, that it’s powered by teenage blood, and can only make people (and dogs) younger. After reviling his secret Young Burns tries to line up his shot to kill the Simpsons Family. Abe makes a desperate last attempt to save the family and grabs the Youthenizer but gets cut turning it on. Fueled by Grandpa’s old blood, the Youthenizer reverses the aging process and returns everyone to their correct age, except Abe who is much older now, and somehow Bart is now a baby.
With that, the story is over, and Maggie falls asleep and Homer and Marge return from their date full of ham and cheese sandwiches.
As I stated above, you’ll basically go right into the Age Against the Machine questline, which is what the week 4 story will follow. This questline is how you’ll unlock the Week 4 (Act 4) prizes.

I’m on act act four. I have completed the kamp krusty quests however for some reason I’m unable to collect the item to move on and complete. Any suggestions??

I am getting the infamous “Cannot Connect to Server” message over and over again (after getting booted from the game). The worst thing is that it happens when I am waiting for the XP after clicking on all of my characters. With all of my characters, buildings and bonus, I lose out on nearly 100 donuts per day.
In addition, I have a daily challenge that is NEVER completed. I’ve tried to complete it for the last week. It is the one to grow something at Cletus’s house. Each time I log on, it simply shows that it isn’t complete.
Is the daily task “Grow Perfection”. If it is, it is a 45 second task which needs to be collected within 3 seconds or you don’t get credited for it.

No, it was the eight-hour “Grow Silvertongue” task. I wanted to complete the task because it rewards six donuts. I’ve only been opening my game once per day (in the mornings). I opened it up at night — when everyone was on 24-hour tasks, and it worked. Still, it was frustrating for the last week.
You can also swap this daily challenge for another one.

I’m going to save Alissa the job of doing this for this post before anyone comments about it, the first prize Museum of Modern Bart is a skin for Bart’s Treehouse, not a decoration or a building but a skin. If you don’t receive it then its probably already placed on Bart’s Treehouse or its in your inventory in the main section (without going into any sections of the inventory).
My only frustration right now is collecting from my KEM farm. I know other people have experienced similar issues with the Rat Trap Trucks.
It just seems a little odd that I can do some high-speed clicking and clear out the jobs for my 400+ characters in a matter of minutes, but I tap on more than 8 KEMs, and I get the Bart screen (and if I’m unlucky, I lose the bonuts). Not a conspiracy person, but just seems really strange that small quantities of the high XP items are causing the problem.
The Mulder side of me is a little suspicious…the Scully side thinks there is a valid scientific explanation. 🙂

Museum of Modern Bart – well I am starting Act 4 / Week 4 late, but I will have Prize 1 by the time I get home from work. Prize 2 – Kamp Krusty w/Kamp Bart Character Skin – I should have before I go to bed tonight. Yes, I spent sprinkles getting Llewellyn Sinclair w/Springfield Community Center, so 4 Characters getting Premium rate Event Currency makes a big difference (let’s see how quickly I get thru Act 4 without a worry, and obtain whatever I have left to get from the Mystery Box)! 😊🖖

First, and most importantly, Happy Birthday Sam! 🎉🎂🎁
Secondly, and much more irritatingly, my game is still playing sounds when it’s not supposed to, and it’s worse with the release of this weeks content. So previously as long as I had the volume for apps turned off it wouldn’t play (it did with volume turned up, even though turned off in the game) but now it plays all the time. I’ve double checked all the settings and can’t turn it off. This is so invasive of EA!
Happy birthday to Sam! Time to crank out another one. (Just kidding.) I can’t wait to get the KidZone. It looks pretty neat.

Hi everyone, I’ve experienced a problem, twice, where I collect safety gear ( first time it was something else, toys I tink) and after 4 hours nothing is collected. Does anyone know what happend? Happy to hear from you, thanks, Felicity.
You might have got a prize or donuts when you sent characters to get the currency because when you reach 50 or 100 and get the prize/donuts the counter resets to 0 and no matter how close you were (if you’re in the 40s or 90s) it still goes to back to 0.
It could also be a syncing issue on your device since it can happen if you go on TSTO quickly to collect from the characters and send them on the jobs again, (that has happened to me a few times) so you can go to Other Springfield and back to your town which will probably take about 10-15 seconds to do to sync the game.
How are kindle friends doing now that they are back in the game? Do you think you’ll be able to finish all 4 rounds by next week?
