THOH XXX follows the same event structure of the Multi-Events before it. This event consists of 4 parts (or Acts), with each part lasting a week and taking us through a new part of the event!
For Week 1, Act 1, we’re following what happens when Kodos and Kang try to unclog the drain, and take over Springfield! All of the prizes unlocked during week 1 play a role in that storyline.
So let’s take a look at the final THOH XXX Act 1 prize…Zia Simpson.

Why does this event need so many updates? I have to delete tons of stupid just to get the same error message. Won’t finish this one and not sure I will be playing on a game that can’t program updates efficiently.

I got Zia on Saturday without the extra help from God and the Monkey’s Paw Salesman. I love that she’s voiced since voiced female characters in the game is very rare. I also loved her questline and the fact that Mooch Bart and President Lisa were involved in it, as well as a one time task at the Soul Extraction Institute for Zia. Her outdoor tasks are ok though I don’t know which one is better. Maybe we’ll get Kirk and Picard Simpson for Christmas next.

OFF TOPIC : It occurred to me that the $1000 spooky houses would make a good option for house farming as they are much cheaper than the other options. Same return as the purple house ( $75 every 3 hours ) so assum ing you only collect 4 times in 24 you’re that’s still a 30% return on investment daily!

Zia Simpson – well, thankfully she does complete your Character count for the Interdimensional Travellers (how EA thinks this is THOH is beyond me!) …. my question is, does Zia continue to be involved in Act 2 / Week 2 in some capacity? (aka we get a new Character but she doesn’t earn Event Currency?)
Like if any of the prize characters ever helped with the event.

In prior years, yes Event Prize Characters did earn Event Currency (it’s just these Characters in prior years actually had a connecting story in game during an Event that was THOH related)
I always like new characters as long as they are playable. Zia being voiced is a bonus, and I especially love the dialogue for Zia in this quest as I almost teared up at the end when Bart got a new body for his baby sister while Zia set at her beside. I enjoy mixing up the character jobs especially the ones that have special (2,5,6 & 7hr jobs) jobs.
