Just a friendly reminder that tomorrow morning, Wednesday, November 6th, Week 3 (Act 3) of THOH XXX will be starting. The official start time is 9am ET. An hour earlier because Daylight Savings ended in the US this past weekend. Files show start time as 1400 UTC, which is converted to 9am ET now.
While the Week 2 questline won’t be going anywhere (and week 1 for that matter), so if you haven’t finished the prizes you’ll have a chance to complete it even after Week 3 starts, all of the Week 2 Premium items will be leaving the store.
So if you plan on purchasing, Dr. Griffin and the Invisible House do so before they leave our games tomorrow morning. (SIBs Linked)
Also, here’s some inside info to help you prepare for Week 3 to start…
During Week 3 Dracula summons villains from various Grimm Fairytales and crowns himself Lord Dracula. Of course, you’ll have to follow along with the dialogue to find out what happens, but the same characters used for Act 2 currency tasks should be used for the Act 3 currency tasks, with the exception of Dr. Griffin. Again,Dr. Griffin will NOT earn currency for Week 3. So we’re looking at God, Homer, Marge, Bart, Lisa, Grampa, Maggie, Nelson, Milhouse, and the New Premium Character for Week 3…
You’ll also need Zia and Kang free for the initial questline objective…
There will also be one new premium character combo introduced during week 3, and that character will be able to help with the currency earning for week 3. (150 donuts will be needed if you’d like to purchase the combo)
And that’s it my friends! Be prepared for Week 3 to start up tomorrow morning!

I like the event fine. No complaints there. I just really miss the spooky screen and music they used to do, for Halloween time! It shouldn’t be bumming me out still, since it’s been like two or three Halloween’s since they dropped it. But, I miss my town being spooky.
I’m ready for Act 3 / Week 3 ….. it’s just going by the description (Dracula and Fairy Tales?) I’m thinking now would be the time to spend the sprinkles on G-O-D ! 🤔
I’m predicting lots of 12 🍩’s , Prizes I won’t want (unless there’s actually 1 I’ve been dying for!) Maybe the only Premium Character Building Combo I won’t care for! (if I’m wrong? I will stand corrected!) 🧐
The Jack-O-Lantern Mystery Box is also leaving tomorrow. I managed to get 4 character and building/decoration combos from it.

This event is a snoozer.
Since getting the Gingerbread house a while back I had the dilemma of whether it belonged in my Christmas candy themed area area or my enchanted forest. This event had Suzanne packing up and moving last week. Bring on the Fairy tales!
I read this site a lot but usually not before I screw up and send people I end up needing on tasks but today I’m thinking far enough ahead to ask first. Since we just had daylight savings will the start time fall back to 9 or is it still 10.
You’re right. Files say 1400 UTC, which would be 9am ET (to account for Daylight Savings Ending). I’ll correct the post.
Just occured to me that I had a lot of 12 donut prizes as I already had the prize offered, which means no new content on future events is this the way forward for me, anyone else the same?
Yup…I already have all the old characters.
I don’t really mind, tho…great for all the newbies coming on board, and the fact that I already have so many characters says that I really don’t need the additions. Would be nice to have some previously offered decor item (or a chit for a free item in the yearbook) offered as an alternate instead of donuts, but it is what it is. 😁
Would feel better if it was 80 or 100 donuts lol 🚀🚀

I’d be happy if EA would let me delete what’s taken over Storage (I wouldn’t care if I got nothing for selling them, I just want to do away with all the stuff I don’t want) 😂

I’m averaging at least 2 Prizes during each Week of interest / appreciation and 1 Premium Character Building Combo (but the description of Dracula and Fairy Tales tells me that I may already own 90% of what’s being offered, or isn’t of interest, and potentially a Premium Character Building Combo I won’t want). 🤔
I’m trying not to pre-judge …. but this could be the week I get G-O-D and concentrate on Farming 🍩’s vs “yay bring on the Event Prizes!”🧐
Yes it is nice for new players.but i think its a lack of respect to players who have been playing for years and have spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars on this game.hope this is not the new norm for major events.

I’m ready! I finished all the quest lines, and I’m doing some farming today.
1…2…3….Go! I’m ready to start our third week. It’s going to feel weird to still be on the Halloween event by next week. We took down our Halloween decorations and my husband changed the orange Halloween lights for the white Christmas ones!! Halloween truly is one of my favourite times of the year. I’m super happy with all the Halloween decorations I was able to pick up from this event, but with all the Christmas stuff making it’s way out in to the world plus all the Christmas movies on tv already it’s going to be weird to still be on Halloween in Springfield. I guess in Springfield that’s just the way it is. Looking forward to finishing up the event to see what happens next! Maybe there will be a format change in our future! Anyways Happy Day Friends and Happy Tappin!! Sandytoes I saw the invisible man skulking around your Springfield!! Watch out!! 👀👻
