Despite the calendar showing November, it’s still Halloween in Springfield! And it’ll be that way for a few more weeks…and we shouldn’t be surprised after all EA warned us!
“Isn’t it sad when Halloween ends and all you have to show for it is a bucket of candy? Well, fear not! The new Treehouse of Horrors update for Tapped Out starts this Wednesday and will scare you deep into November!”
I’m no longer sacred…just counting down the days till tinsel time. 🎄🎄🎄
Anyway…back to the prizes at hand…
THOH XXX follows the same event structure of the Multi-Events before it. This event consists of 4 parts (or Acts), with each part lasting a week and taking us through a new part of the event!
For Week 3, we’re following what happens when Zia betrays Kodos and Kang, and plots her own world take over! All of the prizes unlocked during week 3 play a role in that storyline.
So let’s take a look at prizes 1 through four on the THOH XXX Act 3 Prize track…Seven Sisters, Pumpkin House (or donuts), Three Bears House, and Suzanne the Witch (or donuts)…
First up, prize 1, Seven Sisters…

The Pumpkin House, Three Bears House and Gingerbread House are at least connect together because they are from the same episode so I’ll probably put them near each other. I had the Pumpkin House since 2014 when it was craftable and I don’t think it ever cost donuts when it kept on returning. I do like the animation and glad that characters like Wise Guy can go to these three buildings. The Gingerbread House is something I spent donuts on and don’t regret it since Suzanne is a fun character and the building looks great in the winter. Seven Sisters is tricky to place but it’ll probably go well with the swing set and Jewish heaven. I was surprised there was no extra animation there but at least Lisa doesn’t have to go there if nothing else happens. The Three Bears House does have a nice animation and isn’t a massive building which looks nice in an enchanted forest area.
Got Martin the organ opera lame, 1st task go **** find himself at school 8 hours non visual, EA miss out with the lack of visual tasks, Dracula still looking for a home EA and we’re are all my friends, 4 days without friends am lonely EA reporting you to social services. 🧟🧟♀️🧟♂️

I’m a little underwhelmed with the prizes on the prize track. Only one thing fits in with my Halloween area, the rest could be placed, well, anywhere within my Springfield proper. Guess it serves me right for reserving so much open space in my Halloween section.
As to the 4 weeks, it says prizes are available through November 13th, which is when this current week of the event ends. Is there an additional week after that with a different mini-event that will take us through the 20th?
No, I spoke to this back during week 1, looks like EA just forgot to change the dialogue. While you can never be 100% certain, it looks like the launched the event a week later than originally planned. They changed the timers in the files but didn’t go back and change the box dialogue.
Of course, i always try to play it safe..so try and finish the 3 acts BEFORE the 13th…because you never know. BUT Act 4 does start on the 13th, and the entire event has an end date of the 20th.

Yep! I got all prepped for the THOH 2019 Content …. and it’s come down to just 1 Building, 3 Premiums, 1 Character …. a whole lot of nada put into Storage …. more rewarding at the Mystery Boxes ( EA needs to redeem next week!) 🙄
The Seven Sisters peak goes well with the zoo landscapes from the lion and tiger rocks. Kinda makes it look like the water continues into the areas below.

That seven sisters, I placed as sort of the foot hills to The Quicky Mart mountain peak company headquarters. For now.
My biggest problem is the lack of being able to buy land ! I have tons of “money” but not enough land!
Suzanne the Witch was released later as an item that you could purchase for donuts, and she was turned into a premium character. I bought Suzanne probably through black friday or something else but she is a premium character for me,
At the moment she is still a premium character for me, so curious to know if she will revert to non premium, or players that get her now, will get her as a premium character.
