Gather ’round the tapping device everyone, it’s update time in TSTO! And there’s nothing like the holidays to bring a little crazy to our pocket-sized towns! As the latest mini-event in TSTO hit our towns recently…this time to celebrate Thanksgiving. Or more specifically Black Friday! Of course, an all-new event means all-new premium content in our stores, just tempting us to drop those pink sprinkles!
As we all know, that limited-time label can tempt us to grab everything in sight because it’ll be gone soon. But don’t sweat it! That’s where we come in to tell you what’s worth those donuts and what you might want to hold off on.
Wondering if you should add CJ Pro Bidder and the Springfield Storage Locker to your Springfield? Well before you hit that confirm button let’s break down the pros and cons of adding this Storage Wars combo to your town…

Pros
-Helps with the event, earns a special premium rate
-4 and 24 hr visual tasks
-Comes with a questline
-Voiced
-Will use the storage locker, visually, for a task
-Locker is animated when in use.
-Grampa has a 4hr Premium task at the Storage Locker, Arrange Gorgeous Grampa Storage Unit
Cons
-An obscure character in the show.
Final Thought
If you can get past the obscurity, this is a good combo to pick up. It has everything we typically ask for in a building/character combo. He’s voiced, has fun animated tasks, helps with the event (in the short term), and the building will be used by other characters. If you like the combo it’s a good pick up.
Of course, in the end, it’s your decision, we can only tell you what we would or wouldn’t do…and I already picked it up. But whatever you decide, just make sure you make your final decision before it leaves our games for good (or for now).

Not my favorite premium, but I picked it up. The window for this event is tighter and I don’t feel like speeding the event up just yet.
Pro Bidder and the Springfield Storage Locker
I spent the sprinkles on ’em and did so knowing it was a better decision vs obtaining Gold Coins for inferior Prizes that are not worth it (is anyone wasting their time with the Gold Mystery Box?)
EA is giving us options on how to play TSTO, I found 150 🍩’s very reasonable (vs how much prior Premiums have cost up to 300, or more) and this is a fun Combo. I can easily Farm that 150 🍩’s back. 😀👌🏻

Not me. And completely agreed about ‘inferior prizes that are not worth it’.
Especially if they are running out of Land … Item Limits suck, but I feel bad for those who don’t have GGR to generate Land Tokens.
I think maybe a $24.99 for 500 🍩’s deal that also rewarded you with CostMo would’ve been appealing (and CostMo generated more then 6 🍩’s a Day).
I picked this up immediately since I’ve been saving donuts for black friday and not going to buy everything that is there. Seems like EA is behind the times on this since I feel the whole storage locker phenomenon passed a couple of years ago.

Instant purchase for me and unless we get some surprises it’s the only big ticket purchase for the event. I already have everything that’s purchasable by sprinklies that I would want. Roll on Christmas hoping for NEW content
Speaking as a tapper who has repeatedly hit the item limit ceiling (my head hurts!), I won’t be adding this one to my town. Neither the character nor the building have much appeal, and I can’t see anything in my town that I’m willing to store so that I can replace it with a storage locker. 😜

I ran into the same situation, but I was able to re-edit my Springfield for this Combo (Item Limits suck! I feel this could screw up Xmas Event 2019 for me if EA doesn’t increase it!)
