It’s that time of the week again, time for the Addicts Weekly Open Thread! So, let’s get the conversation going! Oh and remember…just because this is posted here today doesn’t mean you can’t comment on it all week long. This open thread will still be open for comments long after today is over!
Here’s where you can talk about anything you want to talk about…TSTO Related, Simpson’s Related or ANYTHING. Just no Add me requests…those should go here. We’ll give you a few suggestions (like most Sunday’s you can talk about the current episode of the Simpsons) but for the most part, you’re free to talk about ANYTHING your little Tapping Fingers desire…just keep it PG.

Simpsons are back tonight with a new episode! What do you think will happen in the Thanksgiving of Horrors?
New update in TSTO last week, All American Auction. How are you doing on the prize track? Any Black Friday items you’ve picked up so far?

I understand! There is a great deal of missing content. I was also hopeful that the original star wars would be included not the lame special edition.
It seems as if they are making some weird choices. They left some of their older cartoons with the 1940s depictions and language in and left out a ton of items from the 90s? They should at least say coming soon or something so we have an idea of where they are headed.
Last month someone asked if the bonus limit was 4000 and had heard rumors that there were play/ crash issues if this was exceeded. Well, it’s not true. My bonus is currently 5015.93 and I’ve had no problems at all. My KEM farm is generating a donut selection every 2 buildings so I know the software is working just fine.
Is the Krustyland Entrance no longer exchanging tokens for cash?

Hi, I’ve had the Caesars Pow-Wow sign for a long time, but today was the first day I realized it had an animation when tapped!! I was very happily surprised. Does anybody know of anything else like this that may not have been obvious to the thick-headed like me

Specific question regarding TSTO and the Galaxy S10+ phone. Playing in full screen mode and all my other apps are fine EXCEPT for TSTO. It is zoomed in WAY too far. I have tried changing the resolution on the phone but it hasn’t worked. Has anyone else had this problem and, if so, how did u fix it?

That was a similar issue with Samsung Galaxy Tablets (I had no idea that it was effecting the Samsung Galaxy smartphones). I wonder if it’s an issue with the OS that Samsung runs on top of Android? 🤔

I haven’t hit the item limit yet. .All land for game cash has been purchased. I’ll be good for a while before having to store a previous event content to create space .However I’m currently surrounded by land tokens on all sides I can’t unlock. I don’t have GGR
We can’t buy land tokens with game cash, donuts or real money.
What is EA’s /Programmers reason behind these locked land tokens that are impossible to receive?
I just hit 12,500. Not sure what the cutoff is

EA really missed the target with the Swap Meet Stage. I can live with having another stage, but it’s such a pain having to find each character to put on the B Sharps reunion job. I wish we could just tap the stage and have a menu come up with the characters listed to start the jobs. Really, I wish that for any building (except maybe the original houses). Happy (early American) Thanksgiving, everyone!

I was hoping for a bar of music too when you tapped on it like the Stonecutter table. Instead of Baby on Board I guess we got one note- a B Sharp I assume. One note- rather metaphorical for the programming these days.

I agree with you on the stage. There is a menu for Moe’s Express which I’d love to see added to the other stages and locations with multiple visual tasks. There should be a menu at the stage, lemonade stand from the babies event, the pageant stage from last Christmas and other items that have multiple visual tasks but no menus.
SANTOS- Yep. These things are logical to us, wish someone at EA thought like us😔

Ditto. The Lemonade Bar & other stage that the SSB & co use. Now we have so many characters it’s such a pain……🍁🧡X

This is my Krustyland/Zoo area. You can also see a little bit of my monorail and great wall area.
Nice job, Now I’d wish they’d have another zoo event and let us buy items with game cash. Also I’d love it if they’d give us a mini-train and tracks to run through/around the zoo (and of course Rev. Lovejoy would have to have a conducting task!).

Just finished designing my Swap Meet area. Had to store my Blocko Land to make room, but cie la vie 😕. Now I’m trying to decide what to give up so I can play the Christmas event…come on EA, raise the items ceiling! 😠

That B-Sharps reunion is really anticlimactic if you don’t have Barney.

Barney with Bowlorama Building is in the regular Mystery Box (worth trying for, especially if you have Plow King Barney or Astronaut Barney skins) 👍🏻
I wonder when we’ll get the Xmas event: December 4 or 11? I’m hoping for the fourth so it won’t drag on into the new year.
I watched Stark Raving Dad this week after Disney + did not include it in their Simpson’s release. If they proceed down this path, even at the request of Simpson’s creators, look for many more episodes to be banned. I enjoyed the episode almost as much as when I first saw it and although I do not stick my head in the sand as an adult, I really miss the simplicity of being a kid.
I personally would never watch an episode guest-starring a pedo, but to each their own.

David Copperfield,Mel Gibson,High Hefner,Neil Dr Grease Tyson, Nixon, Rolling Stones and Elvis. I am sure you don’t listen to any of that music either and since Matt Groening hung out with Epstein and received a foot rub from a minor on his jet maybe you should just uninstall the game altogether??

Aspect Ratio issue alone is a “nope not investing in it” reason AND the fact there’s too much Vault Content not included AND nothing from Touchstone Pictures (except Nightmare Before Christmas) – I got all I want on Blu-ray / DVD (try harder for my 💰 Team Disney)
I agree! I previously responded. It’s at the top of the thread. They are working on the aspect ratio so hopefully the awesome sight gave will be in the proper place

Has anyone sighted the Golden Goose in any of the deals yet?
I quit playing after land expansion changed to tokens instead of cash. I used to spend 200/year on donuts as I really enjoyed collecting buildings and arranging my town.
Just loaded the game up again. Sad to see that not much has changed.

I really feel bad for those who don’t have the Golden Goose Reality (EA needs to bring it back ASAP so Tappers can just obtain it).
EA should also have the option of buying Land Tokens with 🍩’s for real 💰(makes sense to me).
