It’s officially December and that means it’s officially time to go crazy with Christmas! Fingers crossed we’ll see snow in Springfield this Wednesday…thoughts on what we may see as the winter wonderland approaches our towns?

Just curious, What ever happened to the special “iPhone exclusive” and “Android exclusive” content? Did they quit doing that?
Looking for a little free advice where the Yearbook Mystery Box is concerned. I’ve gotten a handful of items over the last few months, and now I’m not sure what to chase after next. I’m leaning towards some of the houses or businesses with characters, but I also don’t have characters like Hans Moleman, Jimbo, or Arnie Pye. Any suggestions, or specifics would be greatly appreciated.

I have a new Springfield and am trying to add my old Springfields as friends but when it finds the account I am looking for (vie EA Account name) and hit ADD it just says “Failed to send friend request. Please retry”.

Hi there! Has the “Harvest Perfection’ task been fixed? Usually I just x this one out as it never completes. But I got a 3 donut daily challenge for it today, so I was hoping to complete it. I thought if I did task multiple times it would complete, but it just ‘pops’ away and nothing dhows done. 🙁
With ‘Harvest Perfection’ you have to be waiting for it when it finishes its growth cycle. If you do not get it right away it withers and you don’t get credit for the harvest.
OMG Thank you!!! I had NO idea that’s what I had to do. I thought it was a glitch! It worked.. YAY! I counted down to zero and clicked the thumbs up and I got it!
What’s the odds of a Christmas update this week, past events have hit, 3rd, 5th, 6th and 8th December any hints 🎄⛄🎅🤶
Pretty slim I would have thought, has to be next week now surely. Odds on standard 4 week event we have had for last year or so, hopefully with snow !!!
Is anyone else having issues with characters being stuck in a job loop. For 3 days all my characters have been buying milk and when i complete the job they go right back in to buy milk. I’ve tried on both of my devices and same thing is happening.

Well…they’re in season 31 currently.
Also, the show was renewed last year for seasons 31 and 32. So it’s not ending before that renewal ends.

Has anyone else noticed that the ability to exchange Krustyland tickets (at the Krustyland Entrance) is missing? Is it just on my game? Has it moved elsewhere? Is it a bug? Or are Krustyland tickets now just useless?

Mine works. iPhone SE, iOS 12. I tapped on the big Krusty head entrance, tapped the exchange button in the list that popped up, and exchanged 30,000 tickets for $100,000 dollars yesterday. The number of tickets I have is indicated in the upper left hand corner of the screen, to the left of the number of donuts.

It would seem logical for the Christmas event to be 4 weeks since it has been 4 weeks for the last three years. I just really really really hope that the snow stays in the game until late January next year since it was removed in early January this year.

Hi everyone,
I’m having a little bit of an issue with my game and it’s becoming unplayable 🙁 My game will take ages to load and when it does, every action I complete will make my game freeze for at least 60 seconds before continuing. This can be clicking on a character, completing a task, collecting income or even trying to start an action from the notebook 🙁 I’ve tried reinstalling the app and am now under the 10000 item limit but I’m still having this issue. Just wondering if anyone has had this issue before. Thank you in advance for your help.

What can effect TSTO Game App is a :
Lack of RAM (how much RAM do you have on the device you’re using)
Low Memory (how much Free Space / ROM do you have on your device?)
The OS (older Android OS such as Marshmallow 6.0, Kindle hasn’t been the best device to use)
Your 4G LTE / WiFi Network (the Game App is playable on both, but it’s recommended you use WiFi with a decent speed)
You can find several inquiries via Twitter @EAHelp , just be prepared to give them all the information ? device type, current OS, how much RAM / ROM) . I hope you find solutions in time for Xmas Event 2019
So it’s there any word on the sound bug on opening of the game?
I wonder if EA might respond to each of us sending in trouble tickets, every day……. till they fix it.

Here’s what I’m hoping is under the TSTO tree:
– An increase in item limits and/or ways to decrease items such as groves of trees, longer sections of fence or monorail. Better yet, like roads, monorail pieces won’t count against item limits.
-The return of GGR for tappers that don’t have it, open up the land in SH.
-Character tasks for buildings not given one after the initial questline like Sequel Stop and Itchy and Scratchy’s minefield etc. and please not more 4 hr tasks for the same few characters. Tasks for the Count and Countess at their castle and Dracula-la-land.
– Clean out task lists for characters that have way too many like getting rid of tasks at Brown Houses, buildings and decorations that don’t animate and tasks like Dance the Sr. Burns that send 40 characters to Chez Guevara. We only need a few to each building, spread out to some lesser used characters.
– Ability to tap the building or decoration to send characters there like the Snowglobe, Audience Participation Table or Moe’s Express. Especially any decoration with multiple characters like the carousel, Radioactive Man Statue or the new Swap Meet Stage.
-New prizes for the Mini Games and movies for the Drive-In
-Characters to stay in chosen skins when using task manager
-The ability to search for characters by first letter in Town Census
-The ability to sell more things off in inventory, better organization for inventory.
– More items to go on in-land water like the gondolas.
-Hills, sand dunes, more paths that can curve and characters can walk on like the KL path and off ramps and signs for the highway.
-A working choo choo train with tracks that don’t count towards item limits.
-A Christmas Mystery Box and store for in-game cash for past Christmas items. Reindeer available for donuts like the Tentacle Trees.
-More Christmas building skins. I’d even pay real cash if it was reasonable $2-3 range each.
-A new game format involving neighbor actions.
Most of these items have already been asked for over and over but maybe if EA sees them again [and again]…also, if I get just a few I’ll feel gratified, even though I’m sure all the Christmas Programming is already in.
Oh! Another Christmas Grumple story would be the Best!

Anybody else still sending characters to the Walking kem for premium 4 hour jobs? Nothing quite seeing 330 of ’em pop out at once. Never gets old. Best. Addiction. Ever.
I have two quick questions for anyone wanting to answer. In one of your posts you referenced a doughnut factory. What is that? Second question, I have unfinished tasks for example Jake Boyman ( Lisa’s skin) it says “quest” after requires with a lock? Also my lil alien dude number 51 has one too, do you know why? Thx.
The doughnut factory or Lard Lad Donut Factory in the game is another building that earns donuts every day instead of cash and xp. It was available during last year’s Black Friday event when you bought 900 donuts from the store but it hasn’t returned since. CostMo is pretty much does the exact same thing as the donut factory by earning 6 donuts every 24 hours.
I remember Jake Boyman’s questline didn’t appear until Mrs. Prince was unlocked since she was the final prize in the real moms event and she was needed for the questline so maybe you don’t have her. Number 51 has a task at the Exploration Inc. building which is from an episode tie in 3 years ago (The Marge-ian Chronicles) that I don’t think has reappeared since then.

Been so busy haven’t got to spend much time in my town…no snow yet in my real town, just rain so far. (I’m happy about that lol, not a fan of Winter at all). Hoping for a surprise for Cyber Monday in our games 🙂
Gonna splurge on donuts tomorrow and get the prize track…I decided it’s a good idea since I’d be devastated without this game and want to support it plus get some items as a bonus 🙂

You mean first snowfall in December? As I’m sure you had snow January or February 2019 😉
Technically, I meant the first snowfall of the season. To be honest, I was giving the readers the benefit of the doubt on not needing that explanation, but now I see that I was painfully misguided.
The snow just stopped a little while ago, we are up to about 18 inches now (for the current snowfall and the season, in case that wasn’t clear).

Got the 10,000 item limit warning on Friday after playing for 5 years. Getting worried as I finish decorating part of a Halloween section and begin on a Christmas section from last year and soon to be this year. Haven’t even put my Krusty Land in town or returned Itchy & Scratchy Land back due to the animated pieces causing the game to crash. These may not make it in my town due to the item limit now looming. Plus space is getting scarce. (GGR has given me all the land tokens possible and I’ve claimed them all.) I like to spread out my sections when designing. Not going to be easy to scale back and redesign if needed. Would be wonderful if they finally gave us more land in Springfield Heights. That would help quite a bit.
Time to go start making Christmas cookies. If I’m lucky, I can get 2 out of the 5 kinds of cookies made.
Same here, got the notice pulling everything out of inventory to boost bonus % and XP for harvesting bloodmobiles. For me it’s Cypress Creek and Shelbyville I haven’t worked on while I finish buying up land. Cypress Creek is known for being heavily forested. Don’t know how I’m going to do that justice. I also wanted to make a small monorail loop connecting my Tetanus Terminal in the Outlands to my newly acquired Magic Station but I’m worried about that too. Boo Item Limits!

I got the little Lisa recycling plant from the mystery box, it seems to generate some kind of event currency, does anyone know if this can still be used for anything?

If you already have enough monorail track then you can stop sending people to the railyard and just collect on Lisa recycle plant this will also give you monorail track and at the end of the cycle give you five Donuts .
