As we sit here frakkin files, pulling pics, and typing a million words a minute to get our readers the latest updates and information…we sometimes find ourselves forgetting to stop and enjoy our own games. More so our neighboreenos. So we try to make it a point to hop in n out of the towns now and then to see what cool things YOU are up to. So we have decided we want to continue to focus more attention (as if we don’t already 😛 ) on YOU…our readers. Time to time we will be peaking into your towns, checking our Flickr, and also the posts in the comments below to see what cool ideas and designs YOU have come up with to make your towns unique and…well…YOU.
So here is YOUR chance to show off all your hard work, time, donuts & in-game cash spent. Send us your work, no matter how big or small and brag about it to the world. We want you to! Then keep your eyes posted to Addicts to see if YOU end up on our “SPRINGFIELD SHOWOFF”.
This time around I wanted to see what you’ve done with the Abe’s in Toyland and/or Christmas stuff! This can be anything and everything Christmas, or content from this event.
It can always be a little intimidating and frustrating trying to figure out just where to put anything in Springfield…so who better to turn to than our fellow Addicts? And as always, some of you guys came through!

My 6 year anonymous game, all levels and all land maxed out, was completely wiped out and reset back to level 1 when I returned to it after 30 minute break. I guess that’s it for my part.

I agree. I look foward to the Christmas segment each year. Snow, falling snow, tapping for presents shooting elves. This is just plain boring. EA continues to out mininal effort into the game. I always look forward to tge updates but now it is just disappointing 😥

As this is my first winter playing Tapped Out, anyone have an idea when the snow will turn off? I assumed it’d turn off when Abe’s in Toyland ended but, it’s been several hours and the snow is still there. Does it stick around through the next few months? Will it go away when the next event begins?

I actually really enjoyed the event but I didn’t feel like I was given much to design with and couldn’t come up with any good ideas. I’m excited to see everyone else’s ideas and then start working on mine too 🙂
I’d be happy if I can get some christmas lights for my buildings. I have a wonderful plunger to turn them all off or on. But that doesn’t do much good without the lights.
