What was up with Gods comments Sunday morning?
Did you just unlock the first prize of Act 2 Sunday morning? If so, Gods comments came to you Sunday morning. But if you unlocked it yesterday or will tomorrow, then Gods comments will appear yesterday or tomorrow, respectively. It’s part of the dialogue after unlocking prize 1 and sending Carl on a task for prize 2.

Is there a way to delete items from storage before you hit the maximum? I have collected alot of garbage would like to clear it out. Thanks for the help.

Storage is eternal (Alissa is precise), but if you are referring to Content put in Storage that you wish we could delete (but you can’t) ….. yeah that’s one of many things we’ve asked of EA (along with Gifting your Neighboreenos).
I just wanted to let everyone know that I allowed a kid on the bus to nuke my Springfield. He was so happy! “YAY, the cartoon place is all gone!”
Of course I was planning on doing it anyway in a careful, coordinated way but this was much more fun. Time to rebuild!
That gives me so much anxiety…..

Still waiting for EA to rerelease old Gil deals. During the Amazon Kindle glitch last summer a lit of us missed out on getting baby Moe and Barney with Moe’s lemonade. Would also like to get J Edgar Hoover, Larry & Sam, etc.
J Edgar Hoover (and the other Presidents) are in the Mystery Box. There is a LOT of Content in the Mystery Box deemed Gil worthy) 😃👍🏻

Please let them know what’s going on at your end (chances are you may find EA posting regarding any Network issues). For those still wondering if they should farm 🍩’s? (yes! nothing wrong with expediting thru an Event – provided you want the Prizes! if the Content is of no interest? it’s ok to skip and wait for Act 3, or just skip the whole Event! the best part about TSTO as a Game App is you have choices).
Are some of you still “?” about Carl’s Dad Caverns? Either A] you obtained it during the Wild West 2016 Event or B] you don’t have it and EA needs to make it available in some capacity so that the “Carl’s Spend Time with Dad animated job” kinda makes sense (make some noise on Twitter and Facebook, or EA won’t care!)

i went to see the Quakes a few years ago in California.. One of the best shows ever… went to Ink n Iron show in Long Beach CA every year until I moved out of Cali.. 🙁
Ink & Iron was a great festival …. until they quit paying the bands (and filed bankruptcy).
You could say the same for the Hootenanny …. except that lasted longer. I’m so glad we have the So Cal Hoedown (back to basics). 😃👍🏻

It’s been really frustrating on my end too, but not 11 in a row; that’s madness!!! I’m glad to hear I’m not the only one, even though no one should have to deal with it.

You have choices …. if the Event Prize Content isn’t of interest, you can ignore it (you may prefer the Premium Character Building Combos). At least EA lets you decide (I will admit only 30% of the new Content so far is worthy)….

Is anyone else in the UK having trouble logging into the server, I’ve been unable to for the last 2 hours?
So, this could be a long post, please be patient… about a week ago I had a 1hr daily task to send characters to buy milk. I had a cuppla hundred folk doing nothing so sent them all to the shop. 60 minutes later I collected the rewards but noticed that as soon as folk came out, they immediately turned around and went back in! I soon discovered that by clicking to visit my neighbours then immediately going back to the main game I could collect rewards again and again and again without having to wait an hour to do so!! Not being one to pass up on an opportunity and with the help of the multiplier I have managed to build up to level 939 and gained over 400 doughnuts! Problem now though, I can’t work out how to get my characters out and keep them out! Closing the game and restarting has no effect. I was going to try delete/re-install but a warning said I’d lose all the data.
So good people, has anyone out there had this happen or got any ideas on what I can try please? Many thanks in advance, John
Have u tried to store the kwik e mart?
First, have you tried storing the building?
Also, if you have an account, you shouldn’t lose data by reinstalling.
In any event, I have run into this KEM glitch in each of my 3 games at various times. I’ve also seen comments from other players that make me think others have stumbled onto this mini-bonanza. As you’ve noted, it’s great until you need to get out of it.
Just to clarify: When I had the glitch, I would collect the reward, but no one actually came of the kwik-e-mart. I would visit the neighbors, come back and the reward was ready to collect again. So the glitch I experienced might be a variation of the one you are experiencing.
If I remember correctly, I think I would break out of it by collecting the reward, and then unstoring a stored character, (usually Cecil, to avoid ” Road to Riches” mishaps.) The next collection, everyone would emerge from the KEM, breaking the cycle.
I don’t know if this will work for you, but good luck with it! Let us know how it turns out.

I couldn’t take the snail pace of this event. So I used doughnuts to speed my way through.
I’ve got thousands of doughnuts saved up that I can’t use for anything else. My time is more valuable to me than the stupid doughnuts.

Finally used Token (Prize 4) to obtain University Nerds on Friday (last Prize in Mystery Box, so it’s 12 🍩’s from henceforth in Act 3 & Act 4) ….. I can slack until Tuesday for the last Prize in Act 2!

It may sound odd, but raising your Springfield Bonus % to a high level (I’m at 790%) , turning on the Collider (costs 🍩’s but worth it to increase your maximum pay out of XP Simpsons$ by another 3 times the regular amount), then choosing how you 🍩 farm (I use blood mobiles) can be rewarding in its own way (I can do a little at a time, then earn up to 50 to 89 🍩’s a Day). Keep on Tapping and use the 🍩’s wisely 😉👌🏻
We’ve asked for years to be able to Gift our Neighboreenos, but EA won’t allow it.

Sleep is more important than Tapping (and ☕ during Tapping is relaxing) 😉
Always turn the XP Collider on before doing anything (I tend to turn mine on for 7 Days), as this increases the amount of XP & Cash (not Event Currency) you collect from Characters, Buildings (and Decor bought when Farming 🍩’s , the same Decor that you sell back afterwards).
How many bloodmobiles to purchase when Farming 🍩’s? I do about 12 each time I collect in 4 Hours (I’m at 790% in my Springfield, so I obtain about 15 to 20 🍩’s at a time) – not too much as I don’t want to trigger the Bart Simpson Screen of Death.

This Event is a bit time consuming. However, due to weird sleep scheduling, first thing Monday morning I sound be around 450 – just shy of the first character of Part 2.
Annoyingly, earning 71 every 4 hours, when one needs 150. And currency does NOT carry over.
So…
One either figures out how to stagger tasks,
Or waste currency
Or spend sprinkles to rush a few tasks.
Oh, woe is me / we
EA, please fix visiting neighbors and introduce an Event where we have to hunt down Evil Troglodytes that inhabit Carl’s Dads Cavern – to save Springfield from being overwhelmed. And to collect hunks if coal and rubies and stalagmites.
And this is just what I came up with in The time it took me to type.
Granted, I type slow…

My modus operandi:
I rush thru to obtain Event Prizes of interest
I calmly Grind for Event Prizes of no interest
(an exception? I practically spent the sprinkles thru 90% of Act 2 so that I get a 3 Day Weekend away from TSTO).
Having 🍩’s is vital in TSTO (71 Event Currency per 4 Hours isn’t bad, it’s more then what Patric figured math wise in the Calendar).

I got used to the easy grind and have fallen behind in the event. Will the characters be available for donuts after the event?
I maxed cash this week. Still grinding the $2B for Springfield Heights.
We can’t assume anything with EA anymore (half the time Alissa doesn’t get a packet of info pre Event repeat, half the time they info isn’t accurate).
I can say the Premium Character Building Combos for Act 1 and Act 2 have been worth it (both are available to earn Event Currency in Act 2 only).
I encourage to concentrate on Content of interest, then ignore what is not of interest (at least the main Mystery Box is filled with plenty of prior Content).
