We’ll give you a few suggestions (like most Sunday’s you can talk about the current episode of the Simpsons) but for the most part, you’re free to talk about ANYTHING your little Tapping Fingers desire…just keep it PG.

I’ve been finding this on a regular basis with many of my friends. Has anyone else had this issue?
i have found this issue… i just try to tap on buildings that get decorated with El Barto… usually that works, other than that is to wait on EA to resolve the issue. if they eve play the game.

Hey… hey… Happy women’s day!!… to celebrate, i did the dishes… ahahhahah.. jk… its women’s day at my house all day every day of the year..
Anyways…. just FYI… i have visited my friends towns and i don’t see anything to tap on… BUT….. if i tap on a Building that can be TAGGED, it shows the animation and it gives me the XP, i just don’t know if my neighbors are able to see that i TAGGED them… so that’s as far as i have been able to get… nothing else works in their town. SOOOO.. if you have me (k00lviruz) as a neighbor please let me know if you see my tags..
so.. how’s everyone doing with this Covid19 virus? The not real pandemic, has become “real”? or what’s everyone here take on it?
Hey living and working in a Resort Town …. I can start to see the effects regarding Coronavirus is having on Las Vegas (ie the buffets are all closed, Concerts / Live Events are not selling out, those who Tour are halting that, Resorts can guarantee they have a germ free environment – but it’s not working to promote!)
Even I have to remind people it’s Allergy Season (you can’t point at someone and assume they have Coronavirus), but hey I’m all for an Women’s History Month in TSTO …… and bring back some St. Patrick’s into the Game App already!
The same thing happens to me when I visit some of my friends towns. It never changes for them. After a few visits I will unfriend them to open the spot for a new neighbor that I dont have that problem with. I wonder if it happens when the two people are playing on different types of devices. I’m on Android for instance, so maybe I cant have iPhone neighbors who won’t have that glitch. 🤷♀️
When the event ends, usually whichever part of the act you are on, you can still complete. If I am not done with any of the four acts, am I still able to complete a part for each act, or only for act 4?
You can complete the quest part no matter what the act is whether you still need to finish one act or all four, it still lets you complete the part you are working on.
That’s why its better to just unlock the token (4th prize) in each act then work on the next sets of prizes up to the token in the other 3 acts and once the event is over or when your characters are free to then start working towards the character (5th and final prize) of each act.
So if I just played to get the traveling circus, then quit, it won’t go away when it’s over and will sit in my to do list??
If you already got the circus in your town or storage then the act 4 questline will still appear in your task book and allow you to work on the next prize (the current prize your working on) which is the crematorium bot.
Although it’s Monday an I want my Hour back! 😂 ….. Happy Women’s History Month to all (are you paying attention EA? if you’re not doing St Patrick’s, at least use this for a Mini Event, please!)
I work around the Neighboreenos glitch by visiting the free Neighbour EA gives you (it triggers the fix)

I got my third prize for the final act this morning so maybe I can get the last two without rushing. Fingers crossed.
Lately I’ve been playing Mario Kart Tour. I’m hooked. Haven’t paid for the golden pass yet but I see it coming. The Multiplayer function is live now but my only friend is my nephew so I can’t test it until he’s out of school. If anyone plays and wants to race, I’m Sonicboi
I finally caved and started my two-week trial of the gold pass. WORTH. IT. I will definitely be keeping it for the time being. MKT has definitely been my go-to game for the past few months since TSTO has become a chore.
At the risk of bending the “no add me requests here” rule, since it’s Mario Kart, my player’s ID is 2151 5807 6841. (Isn’t it weird they give you a random string of numbers instead of letting you search by username?)

Did you get original Luigi? Is it worth it? I have over 100 rubies. I haven’t fired the pipe because I wasn’t interested in the new characters. But the luck 7 temps me.
I did, and he is worth it. I really wish I had gotten the pass sooner. I’ve done pretty well grinding as a freemium, but $5 a month isn’t a huge ask for me at this point. The extra currency in the gift boxes allows you to fire 10 the pipe 2-3 times per cup. I got Luigi on the second try on the Mario Bros Pipe 2 and have 70 rubies saved for next time.
Don’t you get both new characters for signing up for the gold pass?
Also, you can find me under Facebook under Ryanj Wilson, apparently we need to communicate to race each other. Once you open a room, there is 5 minutes to start the race. So if someone isn’t logged in, you wouldn’t know to play.
This event is crazy. I think i’ll be lucky to finish with Abraham Simpson I.

Gosh, balancing Life & Mobile Game Apps could be an entire topic on TSTO ADDICTS that’s been brought up many times and never can be concluded (I’d try to sum it up briefly with saying any Game App should be fun for a player but shouldn’t overwhelm their life – if there’s 24 hours in a Day? Maybe 2 hours of that is Game App time, while 8 hours of work, 7 hours of sleep and that leaves you the rest of the Day devoted to eating OR in transit OR time with family / spouse) 😉👍🏻
I spend doughnuts to speed through events. I don’t do the grind anymore.
If you want to earn lots of doughnuts without paying for them, then I recommend KEM farming or rat trap delivery truck farming. KEM farming requires some grinding, but is more cost effective. Rat trap delivery trucks require no grinding, but cost more in game cash (not real cash).
Increase XP % to as high as you get it, and doughnuts will pile up quickly. I’ve gotten to the point where in don’t bother with KEM farming anymore (I hate the grind). I will occasionally buy rat trap delivery trucks for quick doughnuts. My in game cash is usually maxed out. So I always have enough in game cash to buy and sell rat trap delivery trucks.
I always have the XP collider turned on.
My doughnut balance is always >8000 doughnuts at any given time. I’ve been as high as 9400 doughnuts.
And on another note……. How ‘bout those Ducks?? PAC 12 champions in Football, Men’s and Women’s Basketball. Pretty cool! Oh wait. You are a Dawg fan! Woot woot!

Still wondering why I got Marge and the Cretaceous Park instead of the Canadian Border.
I’m going to assume you’ve had Marge Simpson prior to the Event’s start …. obtained Cretaceous Park in Act 3 …. and did you spend the sprinkles for Mabel Simpson with Canadian Border (Act 4 Premium Character Building Combo)?
Do you have Mabel and the Canadian Border in the store or do you even have Mabel in your town because if you don’t and your donuts are missing then contact EA about it to see if they give you the Canadian Border or a refund for you donuts spent.
Hey!! So glad I’m able to slip on in here before the day is over. (I’m on EST in NYC, NY) I’ve been playing this game since 2013, all day every day for about 3 years, took a break, didn’t touch it, came back and got the Sky Finger, got caught up on tasks, tapped it once a day for several months to build up cash but that was it. I’ve been maxed out on friend bonuses for years so I don’t do that anymore unless there’s an event but I can change that. I never really connected the ideas, tricks and tips in here until recently. I might have posted once before, my Springfield is a hot mess, I have about $1.2B and my Springfield Heights. I just started KEM farming which has been fun. I was already up to level 800 so I got to 939 in just a few
days, Somewhere along the line I got Maggie in the mountain range which was nice since I’d been hoping to get her. Oh! Finally got the GGR and I’m thinking of bombing my Springfield after this campaign is finished.
Can someone inform me if they also have 100+ Deluxe Condos from Springfield Heights versus the standard 10?
😫😫😫…Today my GGR finally gave me the dreaded screen that I shall only get cash from here on in since I have enough land tokens to buy all available land. Oh well, it was good while it lasted.
Still can’t visit any of my neighbours either, but they can visit me. 👋👋👋 to all my neighbours, I haven’t forgotten you.
This event is killing my donuts….can’t remember the last time I couldn’t finish an event in a given time frame. Actually, now that I think about it, it was around the time I discovered that Alissa, Bunny and the Wookster existed. WOW 😳 that was a long time ago!!!! They, along with Safi and Grumpy ol Man, have always kept me on track. Here’s hoping the next event will be better.

I miss my neighbours!! I am tired of this glitch! I try to tap the ones a can but it’s still very few I’m able to tap on successfully. I was bored with this event. I did a bunch of rat trap donut 🍩 making and rushed a good majority of the event. I needed to in order to get through it. I understand EA tried to make it more challenging but it was just adding more to the same boring structure. Ok I’m done complaining now! I am happy about the new characters and I enjoyed getting the Canadian Border. I surrounded it with water and made a long path, so I have enjoyed some new designing. As always I continue to hold out hope for the future! I have to I still love this crazy little game, but I am bored with tap rinse repeat! Come on EA give us a new event format we have had the same thing for over a year!! Anyway that’s my two donuts 🍩🍩 of thought right now! Happy Day Friends and Happy Tappin!

I have not been the blog for awhile, one thing I cannot tap friends towns lately as when I go to a town there is nothing to tap. Think it is a glitch.
Miss my neighbors and see some have not played for a long time. I still play though not the addict I was several years ago now.
The game probably will not be again as it was as so many of on line games.
Yep. It’s a glitch that has been around for a few months.
Finally completed this seemingly never-ending event (including Virgil’s tasks) this morning. I rushed through with donuts at times since logging in every 4 hrs is so tedious.
I also maxed out my in-game cash, meaning that I don’t have to send my characters on tasks anymore. They are just wandering around endlessly in my Springfield. Those “Send All Springfielders to…” tasks won’t be much of an annoyance now that I don’t have to send everyone to the Unemployment Task Building.
Also, I also no longer plan to keep turning on the XP collider at all times and will only turn it on for donut farming whenever I feel like logging in. Besides, I already have over 4,800 donuts. I could resign my plopfest of a town but I wanted to but I just don’t feel like it. Combined that with the Bart Screen of Death and EA’s laziness in keeping the game fresh. I’m taking a long break from this game.

Just rushed the rest of this event and Virgil’s tasks, then promptly stored him and the rest of the crap from this boring event. It started off ok, but kept getting worse.
I volunteered at a high school robotics event this weekend. I had to wake up at 5 both days. With the time change — ouch!

Almost done the event, I have a ton of donuts but don’t like to rush events, otherwise there would be no reason to log on anymore!
Anyways, waiting for Virgil got me thinking about the character groups so I took a look through my collections. Despite finishing the yearbook ages ago, I was surprised to see how many characters I’m still missing.
With so many characters still available from past events, why am I not getting mystery boxes with each event? I get tokens worth 12 donuts instead. Why not release one or two of these oldies in a mystery box that veteran players can actually use these useless tokens on?
Same here.. I need some older characters ..I lost my Flanders family reunion stuff because of a screw up on the EA servers and they couldn;t give them back to me because it rest me to June and the event was in July
Also I couldn’t keep donuts I collected and they spent almost 3 months trying to figure out why.. then all of a sudden BINGO.. I was getting my donuts and not losing them.
But I would really like to get some stuff back instead of 12 donuts. I don’t need donuts since I have over 45K in sprinkles.. I need my characters back LOL
