We’ll give you a few suggestions (like most Sunday’s you can talk about the current episode of the Simpsons) but for the most part, you’re free to talk about ANYTHING your little Tapping Fingers desire…just keep it PG.

Another day of social distancing. How’s it working out for you? Going stir crazy yet? Today we’re going to attempt to make some homemade bagels, I’ll let you know how they turn out!

Remember when designing our Springfields was more enjoyable? I recently stored all my Krustyland, Itchy & Scratchyland and Zoo content so I could rebuild a super theme park. Since the addition of the screen shot ability, I have been unable to zoom out properly to see a large enough piece of land to allow creation of a decent design for the content. Finding things in storage is nearly impossible because parts of the zoo which should be together are on the other side of the inventory like the monkey pavilion and all its component parts. The item limit kills any real design possibilities. For the past few months I’ve just plopped the new content where there was enough space. I have all the land unlocked, but there is a lot of new content I’d like to incorporate with content of 5 years ago. I’ve stored a lot of buildings and newer characters, but have run out of motivation to rebuild.
Big question:
If I nuke Springfield, do I get to keep all of my land or do I have to start from scratch? I’ve maxed the in-game cash and have over 11k donuts so I have also removed most of my XP multipliers going from 2500XP to 980XP.
I fear that if I nuke Springfield and start building again, I may just get frustrated with the item limits again and just stop or get stuck and have to incorporate new items with the next event.
Is it time to just walk away?
I’ve already stopped sending characters on task except for events and daily challenges. I love almost all the characters and most of the buildings so I enjoy traveling through Springfield, but if I start redesigning, I quickly feel overwhelmed. Trying to locate that one item in inventory is incredibly tiresome.
I’ll give it a go one day and start the redesign. I thought Hercules had difficult tasks.
This game…..I swear, Murphy’s law. The events in the past that I wish I had more time or wish got extended would be removed promptly from the game upon new events/content added. They are just getting lazy at EA now. I STILL have two Quests from Black History Month 2020 that I have no desire to complete and one from the last event No Bucks Given. Why their sudden desire to let undesired quests to just sit there rather than be removed? I have slight OCD. Having unfinished quests sitting there that I have no desire to complete is bugging the living heck out of me. I’m really hoping that once new content goes live tomorrow that those quests will disappear but as I have quests from 2 events ago now I’m starting to worry.
not sudden. Been like that since the start of mini events and multi events. You need to finish the track you’re on if you want to clear the task even if the event is over
Regarding Side Show Bob….About a year ago now the first part of the Side Show Bob quest line had triggered in my game. A year later the rest of the quest (I think it’s called Flaw and order something like that) never came up. Long story short after my fourth call to EA they put him in my game, but I had to go into my game settings and give them a big long id number I don’t know what it was but for some reason for me it was not just a matter of them putting him in the game. I play on an iPhone if that makes a difference. They put him in my game but the quest line still shows in my task bar as unfinished. I have read where others have had to make several calls to EA before they actually put him in their games. I hope everyone is stay safe and healthy!! Hi! I have a question and haven’t been able to find the answer anywhere on the Internet.
I started playing in February 2019. A few days ago, I sent a ticket to EA regarding Sideshow Bob (I am level 130 or so and his quest hasn’t triggered yet) and the mysterious loss of a few donuts. They replied by saying that both Bob and the donuts had been added to my town. The donuts were there, but I can’t find Bob. He is not in my inventory. Do any of you have any idea as regards where he could be?

Bob ran around town and you had to find him and tap him — kind of like the turkey.
Then he became a playable character. I was never certain if this metamorphosis was GLOBAL, or related to the game level.
I need legal advice. I want to sue EA for fraud. This stems from the fact that I am consistently getting the BART screen whenever I am collecting bonus donuts. I am not cheating the game. I have a high bonus multiplier. But EVERY day when I am collecting bonuts I get thrown out of the game by getting the BART screen. And it’s not coincidence. 9/10 times when I get kicked out it’s when a bonus donuts box is on the screen. This means I almost always lose bonuts I should have received when I log back in. The way I look at it, this means I am being defrauded out of what I have honestly earned. To replace the lost donuts would COST ME MONEY. This seems to me to be the definition of fraud. EA created the game to work the way it does. If I am playing within the rules of the game and am being cheated out of earned donuts, I should be compensated.
If there are any lawyers who read this, please give me your opinion on whether this merits legal action.
And yes, I am just that pissed off at the way this game is being run by EA. Sue me.
Read the terms of service carefully before you invest in a high power legal team…
Unfortunately, we lost the best lawyer in my town. But the next best lawyer in my town is a gentleman with blue hair.
Mr. Hutz is remembered fondly and would have definitely got you a large settlement of “in game cash”.
I am not so sure that the blue haired lawyer would do much more than churn up the billable hours, probably in a series of 12 hours tasks that seem somewhat pointless in hindsight.
Also, do you have a solid estimate of how many of these “bonuts” you lost in the 9 times that you mention losing out?
Have you taken advantage of any of the past glitches? Such as the wailing wall glitch, last halloween, or the lion farming glitch, or the pumpkin patch glitch, or any of the other glitches that have occured? How many “bonuts ” have you earned because of those glitches?
Uhm…mayabe nobody else is answering honestly, but I will. FIRST WORLD PROBLEMS!!! I am hoping you are joking.

Big wave to my neighbors that stop by and visit my town! My game crashes so bad for me it’s hard to visit any of you!😢 Hope and pray you guys and all ur families are safe and healthy! We’ve kept kinda busy redoing our 70s bathroom this past week so thats cool. But now were done and bored again. Kids have soooo much e-learning. Holy crap! Hoping for those checks soon cuz its getting rough here. Hubby is a laborer and work is at a standstill along with the rest if the world as we know it. Easter is gonna be weird for sure. Really miss my folks and brother and his family. Miss strangers for God’s sake!!! Hopeful the upcoming simpsons event doesn’t suck. Love and virtual hugs to all of you!!!❤❤❤❤❤😷❤🐰

I am fortunate enough that I can work from home. My work is also in an essential business, so it is important to keep going.
I have been counting my blessings that i am able to keep working. We know there are so many that don’t have that option.
That said, if we get a stimulus check, we are talking about donating a big chunk of it to the food bank. There are so many others that need it more than we do.
Same problem with game crashing, but just managed to visit you.

New lexicon for us all. Social distancing. Flattening of the curve. Shelter in place. PPE. 10 or more I can’t even remember right now. Also Is there any kind of interweb award we can bestow on Dr Fauchi before he receives his legit Medal of Honor, Freedom or whatever it’s called?
Premature I know but he lowers my blood pressure every time he speaks. Thanks for allowing me to comment. Any outlet, including Tapping, is helping me get through this mess.
He already has 1, but I suspect he and Dr. Birx will be given another one.
Although. while he (and Dr. Birx) are doing great work, everyone’s unwavering, he can do no wrong, admiration for Dr. Fauci makes me kind of laugh. As late as Jan 21st he was telling people to listen to the CDC, but it wasn’t a major threat to the US. And back on Feb 29th he was telling people (on the Today Show), not to change their habits because the risk is now.
It seems like when he figured out this was a serious threat the Federal, State, and Local governments all took it as a serious threat.
Basically he (and everyone) has been reacting to it, rather than being proactive to it as well. Guess it shows, even the top medical experts don’t have a crystal ball. 🤷♀️
And please, don’t mistake this as being anti-Fauci. Dr. Fauci, Dr. Birx, Dr. Adams, Dr. Hahn, etc are all doing great work. My point is simply, no one knew/knows what the hell is going on at any point.
Agreed 100% hindsight is an amazing thing but we can only react to what we know as we learn it about this virus. It’s funny to watch those on social media who downplayed the virus now blaming others for doing exactly what they did. Time to turn off the news and social media and get ready for some new content.

I/we didn’t KNOW, but we prepared for the worst and hoped for the best. Maybe July1, hopefully August 1 the surge will be over. My thoughts, hopes and prayers are with everyone out there.
The WHO still doesn’t recommend masks for general public. I certainly understand wearing one if living in dense populations, but thankfully we have that choice!! Our individual doctors also have the choice to prescribe hydroxychloroquine(?)…as well.. ah sweet freedom. I watched my daughter make a mask…very pretty….then watched her little fingers going up to that mask/mouth/nose about a dozen times in 2 mins….good luck everyone…it’s Times like this I’m reminded how lucky us Northern Mainers have it….

With the lockdown here, I’ve done about as many miles in the last two weeks as I normally average in a day, and I’m not expecting to do any more for a couple of days.
But I’ve -still- had to wash the car for the second time in less than a month, because of the bleeping seagulls who insist on using the car for bombing practice…
I wouldn’t mind, but the nearest sea is nearly a hundred miles away 🙂
