It’s officially 10am here on the East Coast, and that means Act 2 of the Simpsons Wrestling is live in Springfield!
Things kick off for Act 2 with some dialogue between Brockman and the Wrestlers…
Kent Brockman: With the undercards complete, it’s time for the main event: SEW’s Iron Yuppie vs. Springfield’s own… Captain Flag!
Iron Yuppie: I’m going to burn that American Flag!
Captain Flag: That’s “Captain” Flag to you, hippie!
Kent Brockman: The two men are grappling… ooo, there’s a Powerbomb… a Camel Clutch… and a Brainbuster…! As expected, Captain Flag is putting the finishing touches on the villainous Masked Yuppie — but wait…
Burns: What’s happening?! No-no-no-NOOOOOOOOO!
This triggers the Act 2 questline, The Springfield Flimflam, and is followed by 4hr tasks for Captain Flag and Burns, as well as a task to collect Act 2 Currency (225). The Springfield Flimflam is the questline that will take you through unlocking all of the Act 2 prizes.
Let’s take a look at what else is in store during Act 2…
Here’s EA’s synopsis for Act 2:
Amadopolis double-crosses Burns and has his wrestler win the title, causing The Springfield Elite Wrestlers to be more popular than ever and lauded by everyone. Burns tries to arrange a new super event, but most of his wrestlers defect to the SEW. The Springfield Elite Wrestlers become arrogant bullies, taking over the town. Springfield appeals to Amadopolis to do something about his wrestlers, and he says he will – if Burns signs over the nuclear plant to him.
As I stated above, you’ll basically go right into The Springfield Flimflam questline, which is what the Act 2 story will follow. This questline is how you’ll unlock the Act 2 prizes.

Is there a bog with the Mystery tokens? I have 2, but no where to spend them.

There hasn’t been a patch update released at all so either EA will eventually release a patch or they are waiting until the event ends then release the removal update and include the exchange option at the end of the event or they will just ignore it and hope everyone else forgets about it.
Does anyone know if the wrestling ring has any visual tasks there? I’d like for it to do more than just sit there like my Duff boxing ring.
Having trouble logging in. Been trying since the 15th. Keeps telling me eat processor failed. Anyone else having same issue?
If you are getting the same useless message I was “an error occurred processing the log in. Please try again.” the only thing that helped was changing my password on Origin. There I got the message “your credentials are incorrect or have expired’ which tipped me off this was them forcing me to change the password. Personally I suspect they had a security breach. Many people were having this issue but not everybody so it may have been server specific. Good luck and I hope this helps you too.

So this is indeed the new ‘normal’ now with events… New character to buy with donuts and absolutely nothing else extra like items to buy with $ to decorate with… it’d be nice if we could make a wrestling ring area with mats around the ring we previously got and such, but nope.
I wouldn’t have mind buying some bleachers + flood lights (create an outdoor mini WrestleMania), but I settled for those Glamourous Grandpa Billboards (earns extra Bonus %).
I think this may require going thru what I’ve Stored (velvet ropes) and getting creative. 😀👍🏻
I don’t refer to them as “Events” anymore. They’re just new content updates to me now.
Has this been down all day for anyone else? I’ve been checking every hour since 10 and I just get a spinning donut on the load screen.
Is there a Gil deal with this second part? I picked up Rumbleina because she looks fun! I mean who doesn’t want to see a girl in a wedding dress swinging a chair!! gil comes around during act 3
I just paid for 60 donuts and the game disconnected from server during the transaction now I have £4.99 less money and NO extra donuts!!!
What should I do?
Contact the app store and tell them what happened, they’ll refund your money. You can also contact EA, but contacting your app store is generally faster
Thanks Alissa, unfortunately there doesn’t seem to be any customer support from Amazon presently, I assume to be related to Covid 19. Do you know if EA has customer support just now?

❤️’ing the 2nd Premium Character Building Combo (Rumbleina has fun Tasks on her own, she’s definitely a benefit to earning extra Event Currency! Hey that Springfield Episcopal Church doesn’t take up a lotta real estate!👍🏻)
I only rushed with 🍩’s 2/3 thru Act 2 …. I can slack with obtaining the last 2 Prizes (Decor, Character Skin). The dialogue is great (reporter Ken Brockman has got the wrestling match fever!) 😂
The server is acting wacky again! Ugggh
yup… too many people at home working on their event and springfield, It’s causing major disruptions with server overload.
Problem is, we don’t know who else is sharing these servers. I doubt the game as a dedicated one all to themselves.
Even though there’s 2 decorations and a character skin on the prize track, I like the look of this acts prizes especially the first prize (does anyone know what this building is based on? It looks familiar), I am a fan of the statues in events and I’m glad that there’s a wrestling ring available in this event. The church and Rumbleina look interesting.
I don’t recall seeing the latest Building (Golden Ring Wrestling Headquarters) in an Episode, so it may be just exclusive to TSTO with regards to Mr. Burns rival (Aristotle) along with the matching Wrestling Ring.
I can tell you the 2nd Premium Character Building Combo is worth the sprinkles (the Springfield Episcopal Church has always been a rival Church to
Reverend Lovejoy and his First Church of Springfield).

It does look like it is only TSTO exclusive. I was wondering what its design was based on. The church does look nice and probably fit near the First Church of Springfield.
