Should I Spend Donuts On the Returning Aristotle, Lucius Sweet, Kung Fu CBG or Sakatumi?

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

Gather ’round the tapping device everyone, it’s update time in TSTO!  Of course, a new event gives EA an excuse to stock our stores with returning premium content, just tempting us to drop those pink sprinkles!

As we all know, that limited-time label can tempt us to grab everything in sight because it’ll be gone soon.  But don’t sweat it!  That’s where we come in to tell you what’s worth those donuts and what you might want to hold off on.

Wondering if you should add the returning Aristotle, Lucius Sweet, Kung Fu CBG or Sakatumi and Sumo Stadium to your Springfield? Well before you hit that confirm button let’s break down the pros and cons of adding these throwbacks to your town…

All Returning Items Leave Stores May 13th

A quick note.  Mexican Duffman, Gorgeous Grampa, Anger Watkins, Coloseum, Duff Center Arena, and the Gorgeous Grampa Billboard are all available in the store as returning items.  However, these items are available in the Yearbook Mystery Box, so that’s your best bet to buy those.

Item: Aristotle Amadopolis
Donut Cost:
60 Donuts
Previous Post:
Aristotle
What Does It Do?:
Full character for Springfield
Opinion on it Now:
Was originally free.  60 donuts is a fair price for a full character.  Not a bad pickup.

Item: Lucius Sweet
Donut Cost: 75 Donuts
Previous Post: Lucius Sweet
What Does It Do?: Standard full character for Springfield
Opinion on it Now: Was originally free, but now at 75 donuts it’s not a bad pickup for a full character.  (no building though…)

Item: Kung Fu Comic Book Guy
Donut Cost: 65 Donuts
Previous Post: Kung Fu Comic Book Guy
What Does It Do?: Costume for CBG, fun animations
Opinion on it Now: Was originally free, but 65 donuts is insanely too high to pay for a costume.  Even if those donuts were farmed…

Item: Sakatumi and the Sumo Stadium
Donut Cost: 150 Donuts
Previous Post: Sakatumi
What Does It Do?: Full character and building combo for Springfield
Opinion on it Now: Another one that was originally free. 150 donuts is the standard price for a character/building combo, but I don’t think 150 is worth it for this combo.

And that’s it the quick rundown on the Wrestling Event returning content!

What are your thoughts on the returning content?  Any items you’ve picked up?  Passed on?   Sound off below, you know we love hearing from you!

  1. I ended up getting Mexican Duffman (before seeing the advice to get him from the yearbook), but I’m stuck on his quest. One step in the quest requires Lady Duff, which I’m 98% sure I have, but I cant find Lady Duff. When I tap in Duffman, there are no skins.

I do have the Duff Party bus. Any suggestions?

    • Search for her using the earth tool on your town hall. If you have her, she’ll show up there.

      • As a skin for Duffman , she wouldn’t show in the town hall census tool. Or are you referring to something else? It feels like a glitch where the skin disappeared.

  2. Sakatumi and Sumo Stadium – if this Combo isn’t available in the regular Mystery Box? This gets my vote (150 sprinkles is the standard price for Character + Building and you’ll get more out of this vs the other stuff).

Aristotle and Lucius aren’t voiced (they’re not a “yes I must have this!” type of Characters) and Character Skins shouldn’t be 65 sprinkles (c’mon EA! How about giving those Noobs a break, let’s say 25 🍩 ‘s!)

    Have A Safe Day 🌞

  3. Beefy Bishop and the Beefy Bishop Barbershop, give Ned a haircut could have been a great animation, so frustrating, so many lost animation that would make the game great.

    • I agree …. plenty of opportunities for Visual Character Tasks missed out on, but EA Bob / Babs is probably glad to get home daily without being infected with the virus (we can still imagine what could’ve been.) 😉

      Stay Safe 👍🏻
