As we sit here frakkin files, pulling pics, and typing a million words a minute to get our readers the latest updates and information…we sometimes find ourselves forgetting to stop and enjoy our own games. More so our neighboreenos. So we try to make it a point to hop in n out of the towns now and then to see what cool things YOU are up to. So we have decided we want to continue to focus more attention (as if we don’t already 😛 ) on YOU…our readers. Time to time we will be peaking into your towns, checking our Flickr, and also the posts in the comments below to see what cool ideas and designs YOU have come up with to make your towns unique and…well…YOU.
So here is YOUR chance to show off all your hard work, time, donuts & in-game cash spent. Send us your work, no matter how big or small and brag about it to the world. We want you to! Then keep your eyes posted to Addicts to see if YOU end up on our “SPRINGFIELD SHOWOFF”.
This time around I wanted to see I want to see what you’ve done with the Wrestling stuff! With loads of buildings and wrestling theme decor arriving with this event, show me how you fit them into your Springfield! It can always be a little intimidating and frustrating trying to figure out just where to put anything in Springfield…so who better to turn to than our fellow Addicts? And as always, some of you guys came through!

Not bad at all. We’re lucky – both retired, so our schedule is always flexible. It’s a bummer that our “regular” weekly activities have been put on hold (dinner group, dance lesson, social dance), but at least golf has resumed! Yay?

We are waiting to hear about the re-opening of the school. They keep moving he dates.

It has been very tough over there. Marshall law in Kampala. Completely shut down at the school…which of course effects kids and teachers. I’ll post more when I know more.
Oh, man, that’s tough. It’s a hard place to live in the best of times, and this is not even close to being that. Please keep us posted – of course, I know you will.

All my daily challenges are for Springfield heights currency which have been full forever. Pointless, by the way EA if your reading this, release the land ?
Do you have the Springfield Googolplex Theater? If so, you can earn the Springfield Heights currency there. It will cost in game cash. Click the Play Movie option and it will give you all the options to earn the currency you need. Even with the amounts maxed out in Heights, you can add more with this option and be able to do your daily challenges.
Yes I have it but WHY would I use it?
You can pay to produce the springfield currency using the Googleplex. I do it everytime unless it asks for like 80 furniture. Cuz thats stupid. Lol i have tons of money in the game so its easiest for me. 😁 i hate springfield heights soooooo much.
Totally agree… Whenever the Daily Task is a Springfield Heights task…it’s an automatic SKIP for me.
I always just x them out…but it’s almost always replaced with something requiring all kids…or all springfielders….which can be just as annoying, if not, more so. I really enjoy viewing other designs, so thank you. KC 135 flew over the 3..lol…yes 3 Aroostook County, Maine hospitals. Nice to see considering we’re so far north. The fly over was over the St. John Valley…which is just a 5 minute walk across a bridge into Canada…when the border is open that is.
The Springfield Googolplex Theater was a brilliant idea from EA (especially if you didn’t have all the Characters required to Task at Springfield Heights).
It’s unfortunately that EA never made the Land available in Springfield Heights beyond “that boundary” ….. this will force you to begin Storing everything you created for Springfield Heights in the end once you run out of space.

Still trying to figure out how to rearrange my town to fit this new content in as well as other items from the past few events. Land is scarce as I don’t put buildings on top of each other and really like to space things out. Might have to start shrinking some areas soon.
I’m a little upset/bummed. This was my first attempt at finishing a quest on time, I would have been done today. When I see a date, like May 13th, I kind of expect to still have that day to finish. Not to end the moment it turns into May 13th. Lesson learned, but I still think it should be changed to include the day of the date mentioned (& stuck in my head).
Oh wow, TSTO users are so creative with their designs. This is my first time checking out a Showoff, so I’ll definitely keep an eye out for future Showoffs 😍
