It’s time to celebrate Pride in Springfield! This year for Pride, EA decided to drop another Mystery Box! This time around it’s full of items from Pride Events (and some not) of the past…
This is a premium box full of your chance to get those Pride premium character/building/decorations. By now we should all be familiar with how Mystery Boxes work, so let’s jump to the breakdown of what’s inside…
This Mystery Box is a great way to get items at a discount or something you missed out on from a previous event.
And…if you already have everything in the box you won’t see the box in your store.
So for 60 donuts, you can have your shot at a variety of Pride inspired premium characters, decorations, and buildings from recent past events.

Ajax Steel Mill and Roscoe*– Originally 150 donuts, Should I Buy. Mill earns $200, 22xp/8hrs. Roscoe full premium character.
Raoul’s Penthouse and Raoul*– Originally 150 donuts, Should I Buy. Earns $200, 22xp/8hrs. Raoul is a full premium character
Hairy Shearers and Julio*– Originally 155 donuts, Should I Buy. Earns $135, 15xp/4hrs, Julio is a full premium character.
Village Apartments and Grady– Originally a prize, Details. Earns $150, 13xp/8hrs. Grady is a full character.
Sconewall Bakery and Rollerskate Smithers*– Originally 125 donuts, Should I Buy. Earns $200, 22xp/8hrs. Rollerskate Smithers is a premium skin for Smithers.
Havana Private Home– Originally 60 donuts, Should I Buy. Earns $300, 30xp/12hrs

Two-nicorn*– Originally 70 donuts, Should I Buy. For the most part an NPC, does have a joint task with Furious D.
League of Extra Horny Gentlemen*– Originally 60 donuts, Should I Buy. Earns $200, 22xp/8hrs.
One Night Stans- Originally a free prize (Pride 2017) , Details. This is also how you get more Crosswalks in Springfield. (earns no additional income)
Coach Pummelhorst- Originally released via a special Mystery Box. Full character for Springfield. Details
The Yes Guy*- Originally free, Christmas 2013. Full character for Springfield. Details
Armistead’s Mopeds- Originally a free prize (Pride 2017) , Details. Earns $200, 20xp/12hrs
Now, while I know you can’t pick and choose which items you want from the box, I included the Should I Buy (or details) posts from the past so y’all can see how much they originally cost & what specifically each building/character does.
Most items can be found in the Yearbook Mystery box, which is always the better deal. But some are unique to this box and your chance to grab if you missed out on them previously.

Nice to see a decent mix of what is not available from the Regular Mystery Box, with a few that are, so you can choose to do what works for you (I’ve got plenty of 🍩’s so I quickly spent the sprinkles for Coach Pummelhorst Character and The League of Extra Horny Gentlemen Building) – what I had available!)

I don’t see the point of the event mystery box that is 60 donuts when you can get most of the items in the regular mystery box for 30 donuts you just have to wait until it comes up.
This is true if you’re being patient with spending the sprinkles …. I’ve got 4,000 🍩’s so 10 extra per Content wasn’t an issue when I can easily farm that back and it was only 1 item that could be found in the Regular Mystery Box for me (what was an issue that irritated me? the lack of new Content for Long Time Tappers).
Is it possible to continue making Pride crosswalks right up until the game ends on 3rd June, even if you’ve completed the prize track? Or do they disappear as soon as I complete the final prize? I want to make lots of them, but I’m very close to the final prize and I’m worried that as soon as I reach it, the rainbow crosswalks will suddenly stop. Thanks.
I have always seen Crosswalks to purchase after I got the Building years ago. I haven’t had a max on how many I can obtain to decorate my Pride area of Springfield. I’m sure this won’t change. 😉👍🏻
Thanks. I know you can buy the plain white crosswalks at any time as long as you’ve got the building, but you can’t convert those to rainbow colours. It only seems to be the crosswalks available during Pride events that can change colours, that’s why I’m wondering if they will be available right up to the official end of the event, or only as long as I’m still actively working on the prize track.

Is One Night Stans building the only way how to buy pride crosswalks? I started playing Tapped Out after the original event and only crosswalk I can buy is the normal one which costs 385

The problem with playing this game for 5+ yrs is you have gotten everything (just about),,,,except for 3 mo rollback glitch🤬,,,,that there’s no mystery box items for me. Playing on autopilot these days!!
It’s sad when there isn’t a lot of new Content for Long Time Tappers – especially a new Character. I only Tap once a Day – if that – or I don’t Tap for Days (lots of remodeling in my Springfield ’cause Item Limits).
TSTO can be fun, but it could also be a better managed Game App by EA.
Does anyone use BlueStacks to play? I’m having trouble with the zoom function, I can’t seem to zoom out, everything is really close and I can’t only see a very zoomed in version of my town. I know how to zoom in and out in bluestacks, but the game seems to think it’s at max zoom already, something to do with the resolution or DPI, which I already maxed out to help.
Any help with settings or adjustment would be appreciated. Thank you!
