Hi, I’ve been having a problem with donuts going missing. Let me explain what I mean:
I do not farm, but I’m running the accelerator all the time. I’m currently at level 939, but now I’m not sure if this is increasing. Maybe it’s stuck.
Because of the accelerator, and a very messy town of just about everything building-wise, I can probably get the 1,000,000 XP 5 times/day. Each time I select until it’s 3 donuts as a bonus. At this point, the donuts are added to my total in the game’s display.
The problem is, and it happens often, upon starting the game again to ‘tap’ those 3 donuts are lost. My total is back down to what it was. This might happen every day, a few times a day, or even go a few days without occurring then it’s back again.
I.believe it only happens with donuts awarded when leveling up. Find Maggie donuts seem fine, as are the ones earned with the recycling jobs.
Anyone else experiencing this? Seems it started with the latest update, but I’m not sure.
It’s a pretty common issue unfortunately. Especially if you have a lot of donuts coming at once. Newer devices, lots of space, and frequent syncing tend to reduce the problem.
I played the Daily Challenge yesterday where Springfielders buy milk. When I collect the cash and XP, all the characters immediately return to the Kwiki Mart to buy milk again. I can’t get them out of this loop. I’ve deleted and reloaded the app twice. Any ideas?
Store and replace the kwik-e-mart, it’ll stop.
What a long drawn out event, is anyone struggling to keep up or finishing early, what’s that all about, 6 days till act 3, does anyone care anymore 😞🐌🐢
Hi I used to read this site every day bit I was disappointed when the glitch happened that the character boxes at the top left stopped working. Back then the only fix was a roll back and I’d have lost so much. Is this still true or am I able to fix my Springfield and carry on from where I was then? Thank in a dance for any help 🤗
Have you tried deleting the app and reinstalling it?
It is still not fixed. I’m playing a game on a secondary device once in a while ‘for scientific reasons’ that had been glitched back then (iirc at least two years ago) when it was at level 50, which meanwhile has progressed to level 200 and still can’t use the character selector in the top left corner. Furthermore all multi-part quests that had been active when the glitch happened were reset back to the start of the quest, but without triggering the corresponding dialogue again, so they are stuck forever. Apart from that the game is more or less working as expected, namely I can do any new quest as long as it doesn’t depend on one of the quests that are stuck.
If Barney and Bowlarama are currently available for 250 donuts in the normal premium items in the menus, is it still possible to find them in the Yearbook if I refresh enough?
Yes, it is still possible to find items in the yearbook even if hey appear elsewhere in the shopping menu.
I can’t get in, doughnut just spinning and spinning since Friday. It doesn’t even tell me “can’t connect to server”. This happened 2 events ago for more than a week, then just fixed itself. Come on EA.
Same for me. Got in yesterday, but can’t today. Just spins, tried restarting phone, no go. Next up, uninstalling.
Usually when that happens to me it resolves itself in a day or two, but this time I finally had to break down and un/reinstall after the last update locked me out for like 4-5 days. It’s a hassle and I wish I’d just done it sooner since that’s the only way I was able to log back in.
Got right in after reinstalling. Now I know if/when it happens again.

I’m still redesigning my original Springfield and only now beginning to see the enormity of said task.
I’m also building up my bonus %, that, is now at 3025%, and farming donuts on an increasingly larger scale, just broke the 3000 threshold for the first time during this last weekend. Ultimately I’m aiming for 10K 🍩

I agree why not .I have over 11600% and 30k in donuts and I still farm and spend like crazy. Adds a new dimension to the game when you are getting a little bored….
My long term strategy was to get my bonus up probably to at least 5000% and build up a large stash of donuts. Then put away a lot of the bonus % items as they eat into the maximum item count and certain things like the Springfield heights buildings are simply just ugly!

Wishing a happy Father’s Day to all the fathers out there. I wish my dad was still alive. Today is sad for me. He died in 2018 of cancer.
My condolences, Matt. I lost mine the same way in 2012. Not a day goes by that I don’t think of him. I am blessed with 5 daughters…so, loads of love in my life.

On the last prize in act 2, long wait till act 3
I have a question about uninstalling and reloading the game. I was able to play the first part of the new mission but have not been able to get passed the opening screen since. So if I do this will I lose all my donuts? I already tried the force stop but did not help. Thank you for your time and HAPPY FATHERS DAY!
As long as you have an EA account/username, and aren’t just playing anonymously, you will be fine.
But, make sure all of your characters are free first…
I was pretty annoyed that the Game Master was an outfit for Milo (I do not spend any money on the game) so it was pretty disappointing. They could have just made him a character in my opinion
I awoke to sounds coming from outside my house, my door was wide open and so was my garage door (my car was missing), my Father was washing my car; I was half dressed because and my morning medication was in my car for some reason.
And then I woke up for real, none of that actually happened. This was the dream I had last night/this morning for Father’s Day.. hope everyone has a good day.

I had one the other night about a friend of mine that now is passed away and his wife and we were all about 16 . Having fun in the sun and into the night .

I am furious right now. Apparently my confirm donut spend got turned off and I missed it (why does that happen?) I was checking the shop and accidentally purchased the 5 pack of tokens for the mystery box for 280 freaking donuts. Worst part is I only have 3 items in my box. Why would they even allow you to.purchase more than you can use? Now I am going to get what 12 donuts for each of them at the end. Thanks EA.
They often “throw that witch” with updates. You definitely need to check it every time.
Just start farming…you’ll have those donuts replaced in no time.
