Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!
Well, I’m finally getting a chance to sit down on my computer and write up the Turbo Tappin’ for the Summer Games mini-event. Sorry this is so late! Friday drops, followed by long weekends, and chaos at work on Monday is never a good mix for me. Anyway, despite the surprise drop date it’s always nice to have new content from TSTO! The Summer Games 2020 event is a nice distraction from the world…kinda.
Of course, as with all events, a questline comes with it to help move us through the ins and outs of the event…and unlock all of the prizes. As was mentioned on the rundown post this mini-event is similar to the previous mini-events, in that you’ve got to complete various tasks to unlock the prizes.
So let’s take a look at the questline to see just how to unlock all of the prizes…

Nice pun on the main questline’s name, EA. I love that in the questline the Duff Center Arena gets used in some of the tasks in parts 3, 4 and 5 since it doesn’t have any tasks and the animation there is pretty neat. I’m surprised that no one mentioned that Barney earns the same as the regular characters but at least he has a task in the questline.
Does anyone know why the krustyland entrance isn’t swapping tickets for cash?
It stops when you are close to the max in game cash. Are you over 3 billion?
Yes the Prizes are new Content (it’s most of the Premiums that are retreads!), but most of them are Stored (well, if I didn’t see anything worth taking up real estate? it’s not in my Springfield!)
Dancing Children – stored (this was Dumb!)
Sports Winners Stand – stored (this was also Dumb!)
Summer Games HQ – stored (no Character Task attached to it? it’s stored ’til More Land / Item Limits are increased!)
Patriotic Homer Character Skin – 8 Hour Visual Task of Patriotic Homer Eatting Patriotic 🍩’s is pure joy (I’m actually having more fun with a Character Skin vs the other Content – that’s proof EA is not putting any effort into this Game App!)
Stephanie Brockman – funny Visual Tasks (she’s not voiced, but we finally get a Character that uses the 🎾 Courts!)
The writing is funny (especially the separate Game Play for Patriotic Homer & Stephanie Brockman – wink, wink, wink!) but the amount of Event Currency you needed to collect for most of the Event Prizes was ridiculously high (as I said prior, thanks for the free 30 🍩’s EA ….. the HUGE Content was Stored along with most of the new Content ….. and that doesn’t bode well!) 🙄
Is this the beginning or the end of his game?? the size of some of these prizes are waaaay out of scale….This truck/hauler is ridiculous it towers over most buildings… the prizes are mostly recycled from other events .im a completionism type and have everything in the game out on display.. but the game seems its falling apart to me and being lazy. A pity seeing ive spent about four hundred on it but. At least ea lets you complete quests after the events end. i just finished the first quest from the last event as long as its started you can put it on hold indefinitely. If the prize isnt something new just wait until something better comes along. All in all ive been playing since the original stonecutters event faithfully now I check in once a day if that unless theres something I like. Thanks EA and all of you for the wild night grinding adventure and blog comradery between friends like you all. Ill still tap here and there and check in once in a while but its no fun getting things like forts five times in a row super heros over and over and that un mentionable un Christmas event. But i feel I know Ive been privlaged that ive been let into your lives Alissa you shared you family and children growing up . Patric you shared that beautiful song you wrote to your daughter and I know who to look up if Im ever on the west coast to play some golf. Wookie , Safi , and of course the wandering Bunny. See ya . Ill be back sometime when the game changes. Until then I can suggest Looney tunes mayhem its quite funny hitting each other with anvils and stuff like that plus events are three days and overlap into each other 24 / 7. Quite an impressive system. Well THATS ALL FOLKS… Doh….
The beginning of the end happened quite a while ago. My guess is we are in the second half of the middle. Make sure to Read the last three friday posts from Patric.

Your constructive criticism is spot on (in fact? EA is risking losing more Long Time Tappers who spend real 💸 in a Game App with each time they ignore what the TSTO Game App lacks!) I may only Tap 2 times a week, but it’s not game play …. it’s editing my Springfield when EA allows it (take too long? you get a Bart Simpson Screen!)
