So I just downloaded a ridiculously large TSTO update onto my phone. Does this mean something good is coming like a fun event or opening more land in the heights or something? I keep telling myself I am done with this game once I finish getting all the yearbook stuff (I am so close) because I am tired of send the same characters on a 4 hour job to earn something that will also involve those same 4 characters and none of the 300 other characters I’ve got boring grind.
I couldn’t get into the game on my phone for a couple of days. Only solution was to uninstall and re-install the app.
Is the server down?
I’m just here waiting for the Halloween update! I’ve been decorating and making a Halloween town in my Springfield! Would love more interactive events! I find these events are boring just sending characters to buildings. I loved past events such as trick or treating with the costumes and visiting neighbors or tapping things to collect event currency. Hope they get back to that style of events!
Anyone having issues with the have loading? Mine is stuck at the loading screen. I tried force quitting but no luck. Do I need to uninstall/reinstall?
I’ve had that happen twice in the last 6 months. It’s pretty rare but so irritating when it happens.
Only solution is reinstall I think.

I can’t get in to the game either. It tries to load but goes straight to the “can’t connect to the server” screen.
Yep…they seem to be having issues. I’m getting the BART Screen of death as well.

The last 36 hours, I’ve gotten the Bart screen and login anonymously. I’ve even changed my password, but get “an error has occurred, please try again.”
Starting to realize I don’t need to play this game everyday. EA might want to get their act together if they want to keep people around (I know they probably don’t care).
You are spot on. We are on the “when we get around to it” version of upkeep.
I’m wondering if I’ll ever have audio back in my game aside from the truncated ambient audio glitch at the beginning that at least let’s me know the game is actually loading.
Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. That worked for me.

I would like more Mono Rail stations. Anyone else or just me?
I’d like to make a loop from my Tetanus Terminal in the Outlands to the Magic Station I’d put back in my Magic Forest area but I’ve rec’d my first item limit some time ago and don’t want to use what precious space I have left on a bunch of monorail pieces. It’s a shame when you can’t decorate like you wish in a city design game.
At the very least I wouldn’t mind a duplicate of the “regular” station.

I got tired of waiting for new monorail stations, so I created some faux stations using the pieces for Classic Mansions and Modern Mansions (Springfield Heights).

Yes, I, too, would like to have more monorail stations (including a second chance at being able to unlock Conductor Homer). I even have several ideas for themes for those monorail stations, including (but not limited to): Egyptian themed; Atlantean themed; Mayan themed; & Stone Age themed.
More monorail would be great but I too am hampered by the item limit. So if they did do another monorail event, which I’m all for, then maybe new track pieces too. Long ones that would utilise less of the precious item limit. And maybe some different shapes like a splitting Y shaped piece and some with greenery around the base.

Officially the school’s are due to go back on the 17th of August here in Scotland, but personally I am uneasy with this and with 2 school age kids these public health dilemmas are far from just an abstract notion but something very relevant to those who are most precious to me.
Legitimately, students will be going back “virtually” here in Nevada (they will have access to teachers online 5 days a week, 6 hours a day) , so the Niece & Nephews have new (very affordable) Samsung Galaxy Tab A10’s (10″ screen) …. I do look forward to when this pandemic is under control, because I feel bad for today’s generation of kids / teens not being able to experience normal life.

Ha ha, very cool. I’m pretty sure my daughter will be interested in these, she used to design her own & sell them to her mates. Now a deputy head teacher in science at the age of 23.
She was always coming out with schemes to make money, at school & Uni.

Is the EA Simpsons server down? I haven’t been to get able to connect all day to their servers. I am in western Canada if that makes a difference
I did get the Bart Simpson Screen several times on Friday Stateside …. I guess I will see what happens Monday (EA knows, EA doesn’t care, EA does not have designated help staff on Sunday so tweeting to @EAHelp will not receive a reply until Monday)
Hidilly ho neighboreenos. So I’m not a sneaker addict but Vans just released simpsons edition ones, different styles. I just 3 different pair delivered, they’re awesome!
I had a look at them and whilst I agree they do look really cool I don’t think they are something I could actually see myself wearing in public.
