Should I Spend Donuts On the Torture Coach and Old Scratch’s Gym?

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

It’s everyone’s (well almost everyone’s) favorite time in TSTO, the annual Treehouse of Horror Event!  Yes, Halloween in Springfield has always been big deal in TSTO and this year is no exception!  Of course, an all-new event means all-new premium content in our stores, just tempting us to drop those pink sprinkles!

As we all know, that limited-time label can tempt us to grab everything in sight because it’ll be gone soon.  But don’t sweat it!  That’s where we come in to tell you what’s worth those donuts and what you might want to hold off on.

  1. If you’re Content with Act 2’s Prizes and you don’t need a Premium Character to help earn more Event Currency …. then chances are you don’t need this Premium Character Combo.

If you weren’t satisfied with Act 2’s Prizes (maybe 1/3 of them satisfied you – that’s me!), you like the extra help earning Event Currency (at a Premium rate) …. you spent the sprinkles and enjoyed the separate Questline (I did, I ♥️ the Building animation when in use, Torture Coach’s Visual Character Tasks amused me).

Act 3 this Sunday? we change our clocks (well some of us will) and finally get to watch THOH on Fox! ☺️👍🏻

  2. is anyone elses game not letting them sign in- or when it does the bart screen comes up?

  3. I bought this but didn’t buy ned’s personal Hell

This building perfectly matches the rest of the buildings / decorations we’ve earn in this update

  4. I’m with you. Weird, non-human characters go into inventory when an event is over. I just don’t like monsters, robots, mobster walruses, and aliens (Kang and Kodos are the exception) wandering around Springfield. They just don’t fit in.

But it does make me think – we must be very close to approaching 500 total playable characters in the game?

  5. Why do you inventory characters? They help the most in this game.

    • Because I have just about every character in tsto history, I don’t need them for earning potential.
I’m buying these to help with the event then will likely stick them in inventory, because I’m not a fan of the character and/or building/decoration.
I’ve been playing tsto long enough that I can be picky about what goes into my pocket-sized town.
