THOH XXXI Act 3 in Live! The Rundown and What You Need To Know

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

(sorry guys, I was at church and forgot to preschedule this, so I’m a little late in posting this)

Who’s ready for more firey fun?  Act 3 of the THOH XXXI Event has arrived!

Remember, this Act will still be playable until the event ends on November 18th.  However, Act 4 will start on November 10th (note the Tuesday start date). 

Things kick off for Act 3 with some dialogue between the kids of Bart, Homer and Marge…

Bart: Hi, Mom, I’m home! I got straight A’s again.
Marge: I’m so proud of my little hellion! Say, where’s Lisa?
Bart: She got detention — for like eternity.
Marge: What?! Why?
Bart: I don’t know. I wasn’t really listening. That’s why I got the A+ in Not Really Listening.
Marge: Homer! Get in here!
Homer: Not now! The sports team from our town is playing the sports team from another town and I’m cheering them on for geographic reasons.

This triggers the Act 3  questline, Stairway to Hell, and is followed by a 1hr tasks for Marge and Homer and a 4hr task for Bart, as well as a task to collect Act 3 Currency (175).  Stairway to Hell is the questline that will take you through unlocking all of this Act’s prizes.

Let’s take a look at what else is in store during Act 3…

Here’s the Act 3 Synopsis from EA:

Bart tells Marge about Lisa’s eternal detention, so Marge orders Homer to go down to Hell and rescue their daughter. Homer explores Springfield for a way into Hell, but only succeeds in being scared away by the Murder House. Ned Flanders shows Homer where the Stairway to Hell is, and Homer soon finds himself in Hades enjoying a drink at Hell Moe’s and meeting Old Scratch. After the devil explains that the souls of Homer’s oldest children are in peril, Homer decides he wants in on the deal-action too, determined to help Lisa pass all her classes.

As I stated above, you’ll go right into the Stairway to Hell questline, which is what the Act 3 story will follow. This questline is how you’ll unlock the Act 3 prizes.
