It’s that time of the event…time for another fun and exciting prize post! Yes, I know they’re your favorite, don’t even try to deny it. Ok, you can deny it. I think we probably feel the same way about these….but they still must be done! At least this is the last one…for this event!
Act 4 of the Love and War event consists of 2 new decorations, 1 building, and 1 new animated task. (oh and one Mystery Box token…)

Does anyone else have enough donuts that they speed up working towards the token if they’ve got everything as I feel its pointless working and waiting for a pointless prize of 12 donuts that would be better not included and just have 4 prizes.

Most of us loaded with 🍩’s just use them to expedite through an Event (even when the Prize is 1 Token = 12 🍩’s!) I often choose to do so due to my work schedule AND (even with super fast 5G) I still get the Bart Simpson Screen of Death.
I don’t mind if there’s a new Mystery Box for noobs to get prior Content from, but let them purchase Tokens (or trade 🍩’s in for Tokens).

The thing I find about most prizes is that neither any of the buildings or decorations trigger any additional quests. Even a single part quest would be fine, but getting a building which is used for nothing is irritating.
I concur, BUT the Ziff Hotel at least has a task associated with it. No questline, but Quimby will use it.
A Tunnel of Love that’s absolutely worthless since there are no Visual Character Tasks with it (and you can’t defend that, because that was dumb!)
There was some nice Content that was new, EA got thanked for it, but the rest wasn’t worth the time Tapping (or expediting with 🍩’s!)
I can’t help but look at Homer’s yoga images, and think of a middle-aged Charlie Brown. All we need a the chevron pattern on his shirt!

I actually skipped Act 4; as you can only stretch what should have only been only a 2 Week Event about Temperance, Captain Mordecai, Cyrus Manly; by adding more of Artie Ziff that not even the writing could save (I had enough of Ziff Homes and Marge Variants by Act 3!)
Visual Character Task as Event Prize is proof EA is running out of ideas (and added dumb Prizes to stretch it into a Month!), when a Visual Character Task should be a given with each Building, or Decor.
So drink Duff 🍻 and bring on the next Event (or at least bring back prior and new St Patrick’s Content).
