It’s that time of the week again, time for the Addicts Weekly Open Thread! So, let’s get the conversation going! Oh and remember…just because this is posted here today doesn’t mean you can’t comment on it all week long. This open thread will still be open for comments long after today is over!
Here’s where you can talk about anything you want to talk about…TSTO Related, Simpson’s Related or ANYTHING. Just no Add me requests…those should go here. We’ll give you a few suggestions (like most Sunday’s you can talk about the current episode of the Simpsons) but for the most part, you’re free to talk about ANYTHING your little Tapping Fingers desire…just keep it PG.

Hi is anyone having an issue with the game requiring an additional download of 2045 mb on this event. I have been getting this almost every other day. I download and after a few days it requires me to do it again. Making me INSANE 🤪

But that’s odd…how often do you play? I play it twice a day, every day and it regularly gives me the donuts every six-or-seven-ish weeks. (I kept track of the dates from 2015 to early 2019, when I finally got sick of doing that.)

I truly have never received donuts.
I remember reading posts about other people getting them and wondering how they did it because it never happened to me 🧐
It’s so odd, because per the coding, you should get it every 300 Sideshow You trips. Possible people are just not seeing it when they get it as t’s easy to miss?
I’ve been playing all these years and have NEVER gotten a single donut from Side Show Bob. Not one.

Been spending some extra down time shrinking some parts of my town to make room for new content for this event and future ones. Hasn’t been easy but trying to still keep my large areas looking nice. I don’t like buildings and decorations overlapping each other. I like to have every item fully shown. Really hope EA frees up some land soon. I’ve claimed every bit of land space that’s been given to us. Fingers crossed but not holding my breath.

Just saying “howdily ho” to my new neighboreenos. I had to clean house last week because a lot of people stopped playing, but was so happy to add new friends. I’m blown away by some of the designs in your towns! Non-ploppers rule! 🙂

Curious if there is a glitch or something with the short daily tasks like Harvest Perfection. I’ve done it multiple times a lot in fact and it still hasn’t registered as being finished.
Perfection is a pain because you have to sit and watch it and clear it immediately. otherwise it’ll die and won’t clear

Completed act 3 on Saturday and just playing through all the character questlines now. Also Completed my long term goal of reaching maximum in game money this morning and unlocked the dialogue conversation that tells you.
Has anyone ever maxxed out the number of donuts? Curious to see if there is a max.

It’s probably the same as the amount for cash and for Krustyland tickets, 2^16 – 1.
I don’t think so, since there’s only room for five digits in the display. Maybe someday I’ll get to find out what happens after I reach 99999, but I don’t think that will be anytime soon, lol!
Andrew just reached 100,000 donuts today, as commented on the Act 4 Turbo Tappin.
Oh – I didn’t see that! How did they handle the display to accommodate that? I’ll go look for his post to see if he included a picture of that…

I had grand plans to amass thousands of donuts but to be honest became bored after reaching around 15,000. After all what is the point of hording them !!!
I ended up doing the same, though was a little more patient than you; stopping at 35,000 nearly 2 years ago.
