As always, loads of dialogue with this one, so be sure to read along to see what happens! And of course, I’ll be posting it as each week wraps up…
The Into the Simpsonsverse Event follows the same event structure of the Multi-Events before it. This event consists of 4 parts (or Acts), with each part lasting just over a week and taking us through a new part of the event!

It logged me out and now every time I enter my Gmail address it sais code sent but there is nothing in any of the email boxes at all. Tried all the usual stuff right down to uninstalling but it remains the same.
Contact EA help, its the only solution. You might be lucky and get a assistant who can get you back into the game. Good luck.

Tech Support has Sunday’s off , so give it a try and hopefully you will find a way to log back in. 👍🏻
Every time I start the game, it updates. Why is this doing this? Also server errors and email code to log in. This games USED to be fun. Now it is not. I am up to lever 426. I am taking a break. Give me a good reason to continue playing.

Only you can decide if continuing to Tap through TSTO is worth your time, but it sounds like you are experiencing two things:
_running out of ROM (Memory) on your Device (TSTO easily takes up 2Gigs to 3Gigs and it’s recommended that you have 5Gigs of extra freed up ROM (Memory) after TSTO has been downloaded
_in order to log back into TSTO via your Origin Account, EA is requiring you to use a verification code (sent to the same email you used to create your Origin Account) vs a Password to Login (a verification code will be sent to you via email – same email you used to create your Origin Account – and using that usually gets you logged back in aka it took me 30 seconds after receiving a Verification Code to my Gmail)
