Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

It’s that time of the Act…time for another fun and exciting prize post!

Act 3 of the Hell on Wheels event consists of 2 new buildings, 2 new decorations, and 1 new NPC.

Let’s take a look at NPC prize on the Act 3 Prize Track: CarGo Smart Car.  (the rest of act 3 was covered here)

The CarGo Smart Car is a brand new NPC (or Pet as EA calls them) for Springfield and part of the Hell on Wheels Character Collection:

How You Unlock it:
The Internet of Wheels Pt. 5
Make Homer Enjoy the Ride Home- 4hrs
Collect Keyfobs- x195.

Other Details:
Character: CarGo Smar Car
What Does It Do: Animated when tapped, you’ll the sunroom opens and lights turn on.  It will also drive (on roads) around Springfield…similar to the street cleaner.

And that’s it my friends, the details on the NPC prize on the Act 3 prize track! Up next? Nothing.  You’ve finished Act 3.  Nothing to do now but wait for Act 4 to start on Tuesday.

Thoughts on act 3? Prizes?  How are you doing with the prize track? Still, working on it? Sound off below!

  1. I completed the final task, but didn’t receive the car. Does it automatically appear as with other prizes or do I need to do something else to get it?

    • It’ll appear like a character unlocks. You should’ve gotten an unlock message then it’s just driving in your Springfield

  2. Not impressed with smart cars as it only stays on dirt roads. Put it in inventory.

  3. Not impressed with Smart Car where it only travels on dirt roads and stays in Western Town

Wow, so much malcontent from a free game with no ads. ” Dumb cotent, no percentage boost, events take too long…” I’ve been tapping along happily since 2017, spending about 20 dollars per year for a pastime. Pretty good deal for a Simpson’s fan. I mean, what do y’all expect?

Not a fan of npc cars, let’s drive the cars I have like cars the way cars are meant to drive, fast and hard with a driver

  6. Apart from the boardwalk performers. This is the only NPC. I actually have roaming my springfield.

  7. That’s the reason I don’t have any dirt roads in my town. My Street Cleaner and Nessie were both stuck there.

  8. Im still 😅 at my CarGo Smart Car just circling Krustyland (like a real Uber Driver circling Disneyland) …. it’s a silly Prize an a missed opportunity from EA. I ♥️ my New Characters and Buildings.

  9. I wonder if this was added to the Springfielders Group like Octoparrot etc., for those cursed send . . . tasks ??
When my brain’s working ( it does happen sometimes ) I’ll use the UO before swapping out a task in case I get hit with one of them, or swap them out on sight if that’s what first comes up.

    • When I get stuck with a send Springfielders daily task I use donuts to rush them. It may sound foolish but like you have I have thousands of them.

    • I almost always swap them out or, if I can’t for some reason, I’ll rush them. I hate the “send all Springfielders” tasks, and I’m not crazy about the ones for the other groups, too (especially kids… I’ve got, like, 74(?) oof them!). I really wish they’d do away with those.

    • I can’t find my cargo car I earned it and now I can’t find. I’ve looked everywhere. Where do I look? I’ve looked on the dirt roads etc.

      • If it’s not in your general inventory try searching for it by tapping on the move button and closing the eyes on everything except the characters icon. It could be hidden behind a building.

  10. happy to have a car driving around town, now just give us more… lol. always more…

Like the street cleaner mine headed straight for the dirt roads and there it stays. It hasn’t left my dirt roads that I have seen.

    • Unsurprisingly the Smart Car headed straight to my Western town where the dirt road lies. So did Vaclav promoting tiny cars. Oddly I haven’t really been that annoyed that it roams there considering that I threw the Street Cleaner, Stumpy, and Nessie into the inventory fairly quickly when they did the same.
Maybe I just find the car less distracting. I was hoping that it would’ve interacted with the parking garage somehow, especially because Brockmans job there adds absolutely nothing interesting to it.
