Act 4 of the Hell on Wheels event consists of 1 new building, 3 new decorations, and 1 new character.

Let’s take a look at character prizes on the Act 4 Prize Track: Mrs. Pennyfeather.  (we’ll cover the rest of the prize track in another post)…

Mrs. Pennyfeather is a brand new full character for Springfield and part of the Hell on Wheels Character Collection:

Maggie: *firm denial sucking*
Homer: Okay well, you have our cell numbers if you need us. Everything in the fridge is fair game except the beer, the bacon, the private reserve hot fudge sauce, and…really everything outside the vegetable drawer. Bye!

Mrs Pennyfeather: Well now, where would little Maggie run off to? *steps on a Blocko block* OW! I see she’s learned some of the KGB’s old tricks, too. Better check the nearest toy store.

Squeaky Voice Teen: Welcome to Toys “B” This, where no one is too old to wear diapers or too young to go through the metal detector.
Mrs Pennyfeather: Have you seen a small toddler in a blue night gown and matching hair bow crawl through here?
Squeaky Voice Teen: Let me check my Wandering Toddler log…Oh yeah, she came through seventeen minutes ago.
Mrs Pennyfeather: Did she say anything?
Squeaky Voice Teen: No, since she can’t talk.
Mrs Pennyfeather: Well, what did you do?
Squeaky Voice Teen: Kevin got back from lunch, so I went and did inventory in the stock room.
Mrs Pennyfeather: I mean what happened with the toddler?!
Squeaky Voice Teen: Oh, she saw a teddy bear that reminded her of her bear friend in the woods, so she left to go find him.
Mrs Pennyfeather: How do you know that? I thought you said she didn’t talk?
Squeaky Voice Teen: She’s a marvel at binky-based emoting.

Mrs. Pennyfeather starts

Mrs Pennyfeather: I can’t believe Maggie would wander off into the woods. And to meet a bear?
Meditating Bear: ROOOAAR!
Mrs Pennyfeather: Now you listen here, bear. I’m in charge, and you’re gonna tell me where Maggie is. You got that?
Meditating Bear: *nods nervously*
Make Mrs. Pennyfeather Stare Down a Bear- 4hrs
Make Maggie Go to a Bowling Alley- 4hrs
Meditating Bear: *mimes sucking on a pacifier*
Mrs Pennyfeather: So Maggie WAS here! Where did she go next?
Meditating Bear: *mimes rolling a bowling ball* *mimes pins falling over*
Mrs Pennyfeather: Oh, she went to a bowling alley! Thank you for your assistance, Mr. Bear.
Meditating Bear: *thumbs up*

Mrs. Pennyfeather starts

Mrs Pennyfeather: There you are! Oh Maggie, I’m so happy to see you.
Maggie: *stand-offish sucking*
Mrs Pennyfeather: Look! I brought you a teddy bear from the store!
Maggie: *points at bowling ball*
Mrs Pennyfeather: You want to bowl?
Maggie: *shakes head and points at Mrs. Pennyfeather’s purse*
Mrs Pennyfeather: You want me to BUY a bowling ball?
Maggie: *happy nod*
Mrs Pennyfeather: Maggie, are you making me do shopping for you?
Maggie: *stern nod*
Mrs Pennyfeather: Will I at least get to pinch your cheeks when this is over?
Maggie: *noncommittal shrug*
Mrs Pennyfeather: She IS good at binky-based emoting.
Make Maggie Insist Her Mom Gets a Ball Too- 4hrs
Make Mrs. Pennyfeather Buy Bowling Balls- 4hrs
Marge: We’re back! How was the evening?
Homer: Hey, what’s with all these packages?
Mrs Pennyfeather: Well, after Maggie ran away, I followed her to a toy store where a squeaky-voiced teen directed me to a cave in the woods… …where a meditating bear mimed directions to a bowling alley. There, Maggie talked me into doing a little shopping for her.
Maggie: *thumbs up*
Marge: What kind of a far-fetched, unbeliev—
Homer: *whispering* Marge, SHHHHH! If the crazy babysitter lady wants to buy us presents, let her!
