I’m coming a little bit late but just wanted to say a big thanks for sharing the information for this upcoming update… seems to be a funny one with a pretty decent prize track even for the last acts. Can’t wait to play it 🙂
Please make the second set of Shattered Dreams box (the non premium items” pickable, not random. I would spend more money on tokens if I could pick what I wanted. Items that would work with my Springfield. Thank you very much.
I looked ahead to the Shattered Dreams box after this event, and one of my most wanted, missing things is in it, but in a bundle I can’t get again.
If you are still reading this site EA, I’m begging you to please, Please, PLEASE do a fix to make all the items in the Lumpy Bundle NON-ECLUSIVE.
Ever since I’ve been purchasing donuts and was ready to buy him, Lumpy has only been offered in this bundle that I am not offered. I think my snake rocks, practice snake or snake speakers are holding it up.
Come on EA! Quit teasing a paying customer.

I’ve not looked at any spoilers yet but judging by some of the comments it seems like there may be some large items.
This was the case with the last few events, I ran out of space really quickly. I’m only playing when events are ongoing now, not in-between so haven’t made much headway into clearing the ” new land “.
Reorganization of town reguired I feel , which will time consuming.
Let’s hope it’s a good update anyhow !
Honestly? I think this will be a sub-par event. Dog days is more like something of a mini-event kinda thing imo.
Liking the theme. Some items I know where to put and others I have no clue. Some of the buildings and decorations look really big. Not sure where/how to fit them. A lot of NPCs I get in the game get stored but Laddie and Rosa Barks will roam are my Springfield for sure. Was hoping they’d be full characters. I’ve never been one for the Gil deal, but this one actually looks like something I might pick up. Most of the items will go well onto the Squidport.
Speaking of the Squipport EA, how about a water theme event…with more water tiles. Sounds like a good idea for an end of summer event to me. Hint hint, nudge, nudge.

I was thinking that you might mean expanding the overall size of the ocean. Or you could mean more of the tiles that go ON water.
If you mean the latter, I’ll ask if you have the Yellow Submersible? It was a premium (85 🍩) purchase during an episode tie-in in 2016.
It can generate free Boardwalk Sections and free Pier Sections even after the maximum amount of Boardwalk Sections has been reached.
If it is floating in your game ocean now just tap it. It will dive deep and stay there for 24 hours.
When it’s ready to surface just tap and you randomly get 1 free fancy pier tile or 1 free basic boardwalk tile – or none. I most often get a fancy pier tile.

I think it’s great you guys provide all this info. Looks like a great event to me..even though I’m a cat person. Lots of buildings….has me thinking about saving space already. I agree with Safi on McGriff…this is one worth spending a little real cash on….brings me back to my middle school gym assembly…”take a bite outa crime”…lol. Nice prize tracks..nice extras..only thing to worry about is space…who knows if we’ll ever get more land after that large expansion with frontier land…..
I had the same problem. Something in the login process was messing up when I changed focus to my email on my phone to get the code and it failed every time. I had to access my email on my computer rather than on my phone to get the stupid verification code. I hate these stupid verification codes!

I agree with Graham, re-entering the code usually solves this for me. If not, asking for a new code and entering that twice usually does.
I don’t like spoilers, so I can’t watch this video, but could you just say when the next event will start? You had been including that info in the text of the spoiler post in the past, so we could know that without getting exposed to the spoiler info itself. (I even watched the first minute of the video to see if you mentioned that before going into the actual spoilers, but bailed when you started the spoiler countdown.)

Hey guys, sorry to ask this here. I’m having trouble accessing one of my Springfields. When asked for the verification code I insert the one sent to the email but it says it is incorrect. I have been trying many times since yesterday (the game logged in automatically before) and I tried with the other account and it worked. But this one is my main Springfield, I don’t want to lose it. I tried contacting EA, they usually are very efficient, but this time I’m still waiting for a solution. Has this ever happen to any of you? How did you solve it? Thanks
It must be the email that is on your EA Account and the codes expire 10 minutes after you tapped to request it, so if it takes a while to get the email or find the code it won’t work.
Sometimes just re-entering the failed code and tapping Verify solves it.

Check your email is verified, change your password – you can change it back if you wish but want to make and save changes.
Two more good tips, add a recovery email while you are there – you’ve more than one game so perhaps use the email for another town in case you need a security code to make changes in the future and can’t get to the original email – and think about adding a phone number too, then you can request codes by SMS and that gives you a backup on getting them
Tap verify again. Always says wrong code then i tap it again and it goes through
