Sign into your Origin Account at the EA website, confirm your email address (that usually fixes it). Don’t expect much from EA’s farmed out Tech Support, they are courteous, just not helpful.
This has nothing to do with the game,but I wanted to acknowledge all your hard work especially going it alone. Thank you, Safi for doing this. It must be difficult With Alyssa being gone. We appreciate all you do.
