  1. When does acts 2,3,4 start. I am through with act 1

  2. 1 Building worth Tapping for (Stage 4) ✔️
    1 🪙 (I got Mrs Scratchy, too – so thanks EA!) ✔️
The rest ? (including new Character that isn’t Voiced!) right to Storage ….. one too many Hotdog Cooker Bots as Prizes!

I am debating if Act 2 thru Act 4 is with my time (I don’t think there’s anything from a temporary Mystery Box that I need, I got the one Character that was available with that free 🪙 – so offering up 12 🍩’s next time is a nope!)

Very happy with what I have, just being more selective about what I obtain (FYI watch the TSTO Addicts YouTube Video, even Safi is “meh” about the $9.99 Deal and his opinion is very accurate)…. 😀

    • Honestly, when has there been an event where you don’t post publicly that you think the prizes are meh, or debating if continuing is worth your time?

      • Proof you weren’t paying attention, Paul – I had plenty of positives to say about the last Event – but here’s another reminder … there is no right way, or wrong way, to play the Game App (you play how you choose).

        • So 1 in a 100 if you include the last event, your the most negative poster on here, and any time I see your comments It’s a guarantee thats its something negative about this or that, and has nothing to do with right way or wrong way to play the game.

          • Actually if he decides to play only when he thinks the content is really interesting it is not an actual negative statement. It is just his way of playing 🙂

          • Look around Paul …. there are plenty of positive things I’ve said about other Tappers with what they’re doing in their Springfields …. meanwhile, the only one being negative is you.

            • No I don’t think Pauls being negative. What he’s doing is calling you out, cause it seems he’s weaty of your cut and paste comments for each event. I’ve often thought it as well as to why you need to advise us each event what you think about the prizes. Why not just play and if you don’t like the prize why feel the need to broadcast it.

              • 🤷‍♀️ Because everyone has a right to express their thoughts/opinion good, bad or indifferent about the game here… that’s kind of the point of a comments section

              • Ike’s Daddy

Time to jump on the subject long time reader, 1st time commenter, I agree that it’s a comment section, but every event it’s the same, prizes are meh, not sure if I’m gonna spend my time on getting them. Myself like many others don’t like every prize but don’t feel the need to broadcast every time. I can see both points here, the constant comments are perhaps annoying for some, which clearly is for Paul, and seems to be he’s saying if you don’t like them then don’t get them, bit save the constant comments. And can also see the fact that people can express themselves. But I have to admit that personally I’ve wondered for months as has my wife who also plays, why the constant need to broadcast you don’t like the prizes etc, not going to spend my time on them.

              • It’s not an obligation to read every single comment, anyway.

              • Weighing in here…I, too, have noticed a generally negative tone to CJBrownLV’s comments, and I occasionally find myself emitting a little sigh over them, but I totally understand why he wants to share his thoughts with this community (where else?) and totally think it’s appropriate for him to do that in the comments. After all, it’s not like anyone is being forced to read what he writes! I’ll admit that I usually, way most, scan those item-breakdown comments ; and sometimes even skip them altogether…sorry, CJ!), but I think he’s perfectly justified in posting his thoughts here! He’s not insulting other posters (as some people have done in the past here) and I think his negativity actually comes from a place of love…he loves the game and it’s disappointed when it doesn’t live up to what he thinks it could ideally be. So, if you don’t like his comments, just don’t read them — he’s not violating either the rules or spirit of this site by posting his thoughts, even though they tend to be more negative than I, personally, think it’s warranted much of the time.

    • I get you store unnecesary items to free some space but why storing the characters then?

      • I store the buildings, decorations, NPC and characters that I dislike. Why not ?

        • Idk in my head no one was storing characters because the concept of the game is still to get characters of the universe but yeah I might have been wrong 🙂

        • Vibro,
I started to do that years ago during the Itchy and Scratchy Land expansion (unfortunately that Event broke the Game App, and you could say it was somewhat NPC / Animated Decor related).

There’s so much to enjoy from a variety of Events for almost a decade, a Tapper can choose how large they want their Springfield to be (and they can concentrate on those Characters – Buildings – Decor which work for them …. I truly enjoyed the Water 💦 Park, what a fun addition to Krustyland).

      • I store everything that isn’t canonical Springfield. I don’t want random fake celebrities like the Stargazer studio, I don’t want a fake Disney; I don’t want monsters; I don’t want future/past characters; I don’t want capital city or Shelbyville items. Everyone plays their own way, but this event brings us **0** canonical Springfield items. NONE. I also hate KEM farming and stuff too. I play how the game was designed to be played. grinding brings greater satisfaction to me than half-cheating does.

        • I don’t understand….how to you define “canonical”? If it’s stuff that’s been on the show, the show has often show future/past versions of characters, Shelbyville, monsters, etc. Of course you’re free to play in whatever way appeals to you, but I’m not sure how you decide what to keep and what’s not “canonical.”

        • You play how the game was designed to play? I thought there was multiple ways of playing…people choose how to play the game. If you play how it is designed to be played, how much money do you spend on the game? The design is to make money…

        • NikkiB
You’ve got a great system for how you enjoy playing this Game App. I’m not saying it’s easy to try to provide Content for anything this long (it isn’t and you can’t please everyone), I’m just encouraging other Tappers to take control of their Springfields (choose those Characters Buildings Decor you want in Game App, let go those things just taking up space, get your Town to a manageable size, breathe a sigh of relief because you don’t need more Land).

I applaud you for sticking to Tapping and not exploiting. 👍🏻

      • Ralphy, when you have been Tapping for almost a decade and you collect over 500 Characters? It’s not fun clearing all of these Character Tasks / assigning Character Tasks (I truly understood what Alissa was saying on YouTube with “just keep what you want in your Springfield” and this Game App becomes easier to manage).

Now, I don’t have to be concerned about running out of Land, I don’t have to be concerned about Item Limits, I cut down the size of what I had in Game App to half (I generate enough Simpsons 💵’s, 🍩’s, etc) things are easier to manage.

Circus 🎪 Freaks and Water 💦 Park are my two favourites this year (I miss other Longtime Tappers and wish they were here to offer their thoughts about what they enjoyed this year in Game App).

  3. Would be nice if the Movie Light (and the Camera that follows in Act 2) had a bonus percentage; it would not make the prize better but also incentivise people to spend donuts on more of them. As it stands, my movie set is going to have one light and camera because I have no desire to spend donuts on more of them!

    • A very accurate opinion, and yes when Decor offers the incentive with Bonus XP % (or a Character Task) then one will want to invest in more with 🍩’s (a few years ago we could Craft, however, even that had its drawbacks). I’m pleased you are being creative with your Content. 👍🏻

  4. Finished Act 1, got 4 days to twiddle my thumb now. Got Mrs Scratchy in the myster box, the only prize for me in there. Fun quest with her dates.
