Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!
Lights! Camera! Actions! Krusty’s making a Sands of Space squeal, but will his movie survive the studio’s crazy crossover? Only time..and 5 weeks of tapping will tell!
As always, loads of dialogue with this one, so be sure to read along to see what happens! And of course, I’ll be posting it as each week wraps up…
Remember, this Act will still be playable until the event ends on September 14th. However, Act 4 will start on September 6th (note the Tuesday start date)
Things kick off for Act 3 with some dialogue between Krusty and the Polystar Exec…
Krusty: What the heck are all these superheroes doing in my movie?!
Polystar Executive: Trust me, you won’t even notice they’re on set.
Airshot: For this next scene, do I take out the bad guys with my missile launcher or my machine gun?
Krusty: I’m NOTICING!
Polystar Executive: Look, Krusty, you still have full control over your project, but we retain the right to retcon crossovers.
Krusty: Ugh, how did I not see this in my contract?!
Polystar Executive: You never read your contract.
Krusty: Right. That’s how.
This triggers the Act 3 questline, Crossover Chaos and is followed by 4hr tasks for Krusty and the Polystar Exec, as well as a task to collect Act 3 Currency (115). Crossover Chaos is the questline that will take you through unlocking all of this Act’s prizes.
Let’s take a look at what else is in store during Act 3…
Here’s the Act 3 Synopsis from EA:
The Polystar executive takes immediate action and begins retconning crossovers from Polystar’s other IP’s into “The Sands of Space”, namely all the characters from The Vindicators, including Chinnos. This significantly inflates the budget and makes everyone at Polystar comfortable again since over-budget movies are the only ones they know how to handle.
Krusty is furious but the Polystar executive explains that the fine print in his contract gives Polystar full control over crossovers, so Krusty has no choice but to include these new superheroes in his film. The results are a trainwreck, and the new superheroes are so difficult to work with that Krusty can no longer take his lazy approach to directing. He then has no choice but to call on the only person he’s ever worked with in showbiz that wasn’t completely lazy, Sideshow Bob.
As I stated above, you’ll go right into the Crossover Chaos questline, which is what the Act 3 story will follow. This questline is how you’ll unlock the Act 3 prizes.

Each Act will have a new premium character that will earn event currency. From what I can see, based on the info from EA, characters will be used throughout the entire event. So Act 1 will be used in Act 2, 3, and 4…etc.
Characters earn:
5 /4hrs for Freemium
8 /4hrs for New Premium

These are STILL unlockable if you haven’t completed that prize track. You have until the event ends to unlock ALL the prizes. So keep going with the earlier Acts if you haven’t yet finished it. You have until September 14th to finish those…

Hi. I notice in my daily tasks prize I received a blue token. Looked like the shattered dreams mystery box token. However I can’t find it anywhere or know how to use.it since that event is long over. Is it something else? I thought it was connected to the monorail. Any help would be appreciated.
You probably received a shattered dreams mystery box token. You can keep accumulating them during the events. However, you won’t be able to see them or use them until the event is over for you. Once you complete the event, the shattered dreams mystery box will appear in the store and you’ll be able to exchange any accrued tokens for box items.
Safi can you please tell us if your fav Chinnos is voiced or not? I assume u already got him 🙂
Because I’m super disappointed in Hydrangea and Quetzaleca NOT BEING VOICED at all! Even premium characters for cold hard cash aren’t voiced 🙁
I bought Hydrie and Quetza today and I’m furious with lazy EA. One would think the world’s biggest gaming empire could afford to hire a voice actor for 3-5 seconds of speech bubbles for a mobile game they have been making money on for 10 years.. All the buildings and half the decor have sound effects, minor characters like robot rumble commentators have full on spoken dialogue, but not the pricey characters that we actually fork out real cash on. Grrrr 😤😤😡🤬
That being said I do love having gorgeous Hydra and Quetzaleca running around. I set Hydra busy collecting ray guns for the prize track (she has a quest catching criminals where she makes Snake be eaten by a Venus flytrap) and Quetzaleca has a funny outside visual as her first task – she meditates & summons 3 animals – a pink parrot, a goose and a raccoon to attack a criminal haha
Absolutely got Chinnos instantaneously, but alas not voiced. Still, no regrets.
The Vindicators Base has an awesome sound bite to it, when tapped.
Love the avenger stuff. Wish we got Randall Curtis with the ranch maybe even riding to ton,lol. Feels like a missed opportunity with the few cosmic wars goodies here. Like the walker getting out his reading glasses during the senate meeting,lol. Hoping too see some more cosmic wars and maybe even dizznee land down the line.
To avoid future disappointment, you need to know that “the only characters in the game that are voiced are those that are voiced by the 6 lead Simpsons actors – Dan Castellaneta, Julie Kavner, Nancy Cartwright, Yeardley Smith, Hank Azaria, and Harry Shearer.” Check out this Addicts article from 2013…it’s a bit out of date (in terms of the lists), as one would expect from a nine-year-old article, but it’s still basically accurate (and where the quote in the first sentence of this response comes from).

Thank you very much Sandra for this helpful article. Even knowing the reasons, I’m still disappointed and will forever be disappointed 😂 I still don’t see why minor characters that never were voiced by the Big Six can’t be voiced for the game by any old voice actor.. even Robot Marge that is a robot & another clone of Marge is not voiced.. even her house is voiced, she could have some sound effects at least..

Unfortunately yes.. and Same… I hate the dome buildings in this game. The grey glass covers everything fun inside, making it so hard to see. like Geriatric Park.. I just stuff it somewhere behind big buildings far away in that new land we got
