Same here, have tried putting, Fat Tony, Fortune Teller, Opal, and Tarot table all in storage, then unpacking and still locked.
have started the tarot reading from both Fortune teller and from Opal.

Still can’t get Princess Opal past Pt. 3.

Also still can’t finish the Princess Opal quest. It’s frustrating that nobody has a solution, because apparently some people have managed to complete it.
I was able to complete it just fine, and tried to get folks to compare variables in an effort to determine what the common factors were among those who could, and those who couldn’t, complete it were, but my post didn’t really gain any traction. (Maybe it was a random thing, but, having done some programming, this seems doubtful.)
If it helps, I had all characters, with all of them free, and the fortune teller’s table out, without ever having been stored, when I started this task, I play on an iPad, have been playing since 2014, and didn’t try to do this task until I completed the main event questline (although it was still while the event was active). (Trying to think of what other variables might be helpful to share…)
Thanks for trying to help. I also play on an iPad and am also a long-time player of TSTO. I have the table out (although I’ve tried storing and retrieving it, didn’t help.)
The task goal is something like “Have Princess Opal read tarot cards” and I can make her “read tarot cards” but it’s not highlighted in yellow like task goals normally are, and it doesn’t complete the task to perform that action. It sort of feels like there is something missing, either an object or a character, but it doesn’t seem like the task requires any other character.
So I’m not sure what else to try.
