I was awarded 60 because EA “fixed” the game. Meanwhile Princess Opal quest still stuck/unplayable. Oh well.
Haven’t been able to get in since last night. Hope they give us extra time!

I got on around 1:30 ET for just enough time to send my mini game players on their tasks. Then got booted. No luck getting on since then

No one at this site works for EA. If you want to speak to them, go over to their message board (although I’m not sure how often they actually read that).

They do an update, change the birthdate screen and now it’s down. I wish they would change it back to email and password instead of having to do an email code every time. Everyone in my household plays and it’s so irritating.

At 3 am (I think) I saw a glitch in the game: all the rocket dialogues in 1 go. All 8 parts of quest dialogue one text bubble after the other. To the very sleepy me it looked like a bug. Right now the game is inaccessible because of the server.
That wasn’t a glitch as such.. it went through Cheap Space Homer event from 2016. that was after you put in your month and year of birth.
Then it went into the current event of For All Rich Mankind.
I’m thinking that for some who missed that event, they were able to play through and collect the prizes and characters

Downdetector website reporting server issues
Same here. Bart screen quickly every time. Glad it’s not just me. Was able to quickly get in after about 30minutes of trying so I was able to tap out and reassign the event tasks just before 8:30am. Hope their servers are back up soon.
I noticed the problems earlier, and on downdetector it looks like the problem is EA’s end, not ours…
Is anyone else not able to get into the game? I’ve got that f**king Bart disconnect screen on both of my devices. Restarted the devices, quit the app, disconnected Wi-Fi and reconnected, and I can browse the net on the device’s browser and use every other app (e.g. Archer Danger Phone). I haven’t been able to get into it for over two hours.
Ok good. I’m not the only one that can’t get on today. Hopefully this gets fixed soon. I don’t want to fall behind on the event.

absolutely nothing can be done.. The game servers are down and it may not just be TSTO but could be effecting many other games on the EA platform.
You just have to sit and ride it out and at some point in the day you will get back on.
Anyone else having problems logging in last night and this morning?
