So I bought this but it’s not giving me his skin and when I try to rebuy it, it says to purchase it again for free. Any idea what to do?
Check your inventory characters – it is not a skin
If you definitely don’t have it contact your app store for a refund and try again
This is a must-buy for me, because I really want this character. I just don’t know how I’m going to be able to acquire this character, though. I have usually been making my in-app purchases for TSTO through my iPad, but my iPad is not working right now (and probably won’t be working again anytime soon), and Google won’t let me make anymore in-app purchases through my Android devices. I wish that EA had a way for us to buy game content for TSTO through their website, especially if that purchase involves spending real money.
As long as you are logged in it doesn’t matter what device + account you use.
If you can add a new profile on a device do that. You can then open the game using the new profile and buy that way once you’ve set up a new email and payment details for the new account.
You could also use a friend / family member device if they’ll let you and give them the money
So long as the game loads your profile it’ll save to your game, head to the friends towns bit once you get it to save the game.
If it’s a borrowed device be sure to restart the game and log out !!
