Springfield Showoff: Halloween Preview
So, I was really looking forward to a Showoff for Halloween, I even took screenshots last night as I thought the event would be gone by this morning, but nothing… I totally understand that you guys were swamped with posts that were more important than a Showoff, though, seeing as how I was waiting for Should I Buy, and other things to make sure I didn’t miss anything.
We still plan on doing one…just wanted everyone to be complete with grabbing all their goodies before running it. 🙂
WOO HOO!!! Ok that makes me happy. Now I have two areas to choose from for it then. I just nee a Pic-Stitch app for android to put the screenshots of each together.
Does anyone know if we’ll have a chance to craft U.B.O? I’m gunna miss it and don ‘t want to spend all my treats if I’ll need them for this.

Ok so I’ve got all the prizes yay! What should I be doing with Halloween currency? I’m still collecting bags and opening them and getting a few duplicates of items along the way but us there any real worth to all the various currencies between now and tomorrow?! X

How do I start the quest to unlock the pumpkin house? Also how do I unlock kodos, I haven’t seen him anywhere:(
You need Grand Pumpkin for Pumpkin house. Gotta send Milhouse to hang out with him.
Kodos should be flying around your town if you went through the Halloween questline. Ray Gun is needed to shoot her down.

Hover is meh to me. Rigellian Queen is just an animated decoration but Kang n Kodos have a task with her.
I am curious about the Hugo quest line. I have not been able to complete both that one and the great pumpkin. Are they going to be able to be completed in the next segment?

Hello! Yesterday I stopped opening gift bags. I was around 6800 ray guns so I knew I’d reach the hover plane thing easily. During the probe phase I had about 500 probes left over when the switch came so I wanted to be smarter this time. Yesterday I realized I could save my gift bags for the next few days until the DNA starts and be a little ahead. The downside so far has been that I get no ammo to shoot down UFO’s, I have far fewer grem-aliens to release, and I’m not completing the trick or treat task (although I keep everyone trick or treating for bags). I figure these are minimal sacrifices to get a jump on the final phase in case accumulating DNA is much slower than the first two phases (I got the donut torture device about a day sooner than the hover plane). What do you think? I miss opening bags but I think it’s a good plan! I’m enjoying the event a lot! Thanks!

I bought the bounce house and stuck.on part 2:( I’ve sent every kid there but can’t move it forward, any suggestions??
Willie is supposed to be used to complete part 2. It’s just willie’s 4hr task there..tap on the moonbounce and send willie. (no other children are needed)
The same happened to me. Now at the bottom of the possible character use list is the ugliest man in Glasgow, Willie, but it tells me that it needs me to complete pt. 2 of the mission before I can send him.
I had the same problem. I saw on another cold Google search that this seems to be a somewhat common glitch with the bounce house. The update/build was during the Treehouse of Horrors so I wonder if some code within the series ended prematurely. I sent Willie on his bounce and it ended there I have the same problem that it tells me it is waiting for part 2. I have no series prompts and resending Willie makes no difference. Suggestions? Thanks again for this great blog, Bunny and Alissa! You guys are a wealth of knowledge 🙂
