  1. Is there a complete basic list of who is voiced/ not voice? I use that as the most important criteria to buy or not buy. Thanks

  2. I am very unhappy!!! I had over 300 donuts and now after I logged back in the game tonight I only have like 105! This is ridiculous! I had saved those for so long ever since I started playing this game and now I don’t have them anymore.

  3. I was about one year to play. I saw that had special characters with various decorations and items. it is possible to buy these items that have been released long ago as the Old West and halloween

  4. So annoying that you can use DONUTS to buy more CASH, but ya can’t use $$$ -2- buy DONUTS is flipping CRAZY, like why isn’t it the other way around ?!?!

    1. Hey AndyAndy, as annoying as that might be, we can’t forget that EA is a company that needs to generate money for themselves. Selling donuts to players is one means of generating that money. If tsto is not profitable for them, then there is no reason for them to keep it up and running. So donut farming is pretty much your only option if you do not want to buy. Personally I find both methods of donut farming to be too much of a hassle, so I just try to make sure I keep enough in game cash going that allows me to always take advantage of the pick again feature when picking one of those 3 cards presented to you after finding Maggie 3 times as well as after you have completed each act in event games. There is also the 5 donuts every week from the monorail yard.

  5. A/B/W – when people post day like this, is there any way to store it in a post somewhere, to make it more searchable/findable down the road, when I don’t remember where I originally saw it posted any more?

  6. I’ve actually created a spreadsheet that shows How many donuts everything costs along with their bonus. It then calculates the “per donut” bonus so you know what you’re getting pound for pound. Turns out that the two best are the jet bike (2% bonus for 30 donuts or a 0.067% per donut bonus) and the devil float (2.5% bonus for 40 donuts or a 0.063 per donut bonus)
    jet bike 30 2% 0.067%
    devil float 40 2.50% 0.063%
    Burns Limo 40 2.00% 0.050%
    Chalk Outline 5 0.25% 0.050%
    Cop Car 40 2.00% 0.050%
    knight boat 40 2% 0.050%
    Lefty Car 40 2% 0.050%
    Monroe tomb 40 2% 0.050%
    News Van 40 2% 0.050%
    Old Mare 40 2% 0.050%
    Robby 40 2% 0.050%
    Shiva 40 2% 0.050%
    Stiletto 40 2% 0.050%
    Warhead 45 2.25% 0.050%
    Tire Yard 40 2% 0.050%
    white fence 1 0.05% 0.050%
    Hammock 5 0.25% 0.050%
    bwalk bb 40 2% 0.050%
    century flower 40 2% 0.050%

All the other items have bonuses below 0.05% per donutand it was too much to post in this message. Hope that helps!

  7. Hi there, I can’t seem to find the Springfield Museum & character in the Premium Guide, am I just missing him/it?

  8. I would love to know everyone’s opinion on which character they think was the Best Buy and why.

    1. From the hip answer.
      #1 Frink
      #2 Texan
      #3 Duff

It seems to me that I use these characters most frequently in the Events that EA puts out – maybe not Duff as much, but then again maybe yes.

    2. #1 Marge the Witch (with Caldron)
      #2 Frink
      #3 Arnie Pye

I know Marge the Witch is a skin but her ability to speed up crops is SO awesome. It’s a 4hr task at extra 50% payout plus cutting down grow time, Amazing!
Frink is just cool. Cool building and a ton of cool events that use him. Plus for a “minor” character he’s in a lot of this game.
Arnie Pye unlocks the ability to Broadcast Arnie Pye at Channel 6 news station without tying up character so you can still send him on normal tasks.
Other notables – Anyone who earns 2 in SH. Blue Haired Lawyer, Bumblebee Man, Jasper, Frink, Disco Stu, Squeaky Voiced Teen & Otto.
      Best of Luck!

  9. Dumb question,
Does the rakes, do anything else but improve vanity? Im jus trying to see why there are three options to buy, 1x,3x,15… jus dont get why there are three options.

  10. Just to let you know as of World’s Largest Redwood update Jesse Grass is now a permanent premium character.

  11. The Yes Guy should be here because he is now permanent. I started another game and he was there in the store, and then I checked my brother’s account and he was there permanently as well.

    1. Did you not get any free from doing the questline? If not, then I’d get a couple….one of my favorite animations (even without the sound…which is definitely missed (although I can hear it in my head)).

      1. No…none free…. if I get some donuts from a mystery box, I’ll get one then. Hope Bob makes that face when he gets hit by a rake ☺

  12. Just an FYI but if you click on the museum of natural history link it takes you to the should I buy for lard lad donuts. I know you all are busy with other things but just thought I’d point it out.

  13. Is there any way to see previous donut purchases you made? I went to bed with 145 donuts and woke up with only 85! I don’t remember spending 60 donuts on anything and I don’t see anything new in my town/inventory, but I’d like to check.

    1. Not from the store itself….you can see how many donuts you purchased because the app store sends you receipts. But there’s no way in game to see. Best thing to do is contact EA, they can take a look

  14. hey, i have 200 dounuts to spend and im a freemium plyer ( ie this will probs b the only big donout purchas i make in the game). Wat do i spend it on??

    Ps greatblog – so helpful

  15. Want to get jimbo but I’ve heard you can get him in the mystery box
    Any truth to this
Also is the self relient house worth it
Would you guys get the self relient house or the monorail cafe
    For sixty odd doughnuts
