Turbo Tappin’ Premium: Honest Abe

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers! 

Well today is President’s Day here in the USA and in honor of it EA has brought back Abe Lincoln from the 4th of July Event.  For 150 Donuts Honest Abe & his cabin could be yours (hurry he’ll be gone by 3am EST on 2/18).  But this isn’t a Should I Buy post, instead this is about what happens after you’ve added Abe to your town.  

Once you’ve purchased this President a 10 part humorous quest will unlock for you.  So I figured today would be a good time to Turbo Tap Abe!  

For those of you who don’t know Turbo Tappin’ is our quick version of a walkthrough for the Level/Update/Character where we give you who starts the quest, the task and what you earn.  This way you have your quick guide on who to keep free and when.  This is great for our fellow Addicts who love to copy and paste the walkthrough into their device for quick reference.  You can check out more of our Turbo Tappin’ Walkthroughs here.

Honestly…ABE!!

So here we are on the eve of Presidents Day and as we announced when the Valentine’s Event launched…EA has brought back one of the Addicts Team’s FAVORITE building/character combos. Abraham Lincoln himself.

You will find him tucked away in your Premium items for purchase of 150 donuts from today until February 18th. He is a returning item from 4th of July 2013. This means he is LIMITED TIME. So snatch him before time runs out.

Something’s Coming: A Peek Inside the Files

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

Sorry I’m a little late today with getting this…random…info out to you.  We’ve been slammed with, yet another, massive  snow storm here in the North East and I’ve spent much of the day shoveling out!

I know most of the other TSTO sites out there reported on this earlier that something was coming.  What exactly that something is…no one seems to know.  As you know the policy here at Addicts is not to report on anything unless we can verify it for ourselves.  So, now that I can finally see my driveway again I’ve taken another look at the files.

As some of you may have seen when you logged on to TSTO today a little mini update hit.  No…nothing changed, well from the game play itself for today.  But this little update most likely updated the files with information about that something that’s supposed to be coming.  So let’s see what we’ve uncovered shall we?

Oh and for those curious….here’s what my driveway looked like with all that snow!

Love is in the air and we FINALLY have something new to write about!  Woo-hoo new content!!!  So with out further ado let’s breakdown the ins and outs of the Valentine’s Day update basics shall we?

Well, hello there friends.  You know, there’s nothing like a casual stroll through all your neighborinos towns.  So many cool things to see.  Building placement, decorating finesse, 2D/3D amazingness, Abraham Lincoln….

Wait, did I just say Lincoln?  How’d he get there?  Can I get him?  How the heck does he have anything to do with The Simpsons?
