Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

Murky water, trees have changed colors, and leaves are blowing in Springfield, that can only mean one thing…the annual Treehouse of Horror update is upon us! Of course, an all-new event means all-new premium content in our stores, just tempting us to drop those pink sprinkles!

Act 3 of this event has ushered in one new premium character to help navigate through the event to defeat the dinos. Panther Marge is an all-new premium character for Springfield, who will not only help earn event currency but also comes with a questline.

Time for another fun and exciting prize post! With Act 3 it’s time to build your very own Island of Dr. Hibbert…and other areas!

Act 3 of the THOH XXXII event consists of 3 new buildings, 2 new decorations (although one of those decorations is a questionable decoration…), and 1 full character, which we’ll cover in another post.

And this year, marks the 10th…yes the TENTH…Treehouse of Horror update in TSTO. So what does EA have in store for us this year? Dinosaurs! In true Treehouse of Horror spoof style. As always, loads of dialogue with this one, so be sure to read along to see what happens! And of course, I’ll be posting it as each week wraps up…

THOH XXXII Event follows the same event structure of the Multi-Events before it. This event consists of 4 parts (or Acts), with each part lasting just over a week and taking us through a new part of the event!

Treehouse of Horror XXXII Act 3 is Live! The Rundown and What You Need To Know

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

Murky water, tress have changed colors, and leaves are blowing in Springfield, that can only mean one thing…the annual Treehouse of Horror update is upon us! Yes, with this annual event we never know if we’ll get a trick or a treat, if it’ll be Halloween-y or spoof-y…but it arrives in our pocket-sized towns nonetheless year after year. And this year, marks the 10th…yes the TENTH…Treehouse of Horror update in TSTO. So what does EA have in store for us this year? Dinosaurs! In true Treehouse of Horror spoof style. As always, loads of dialogue with this one, so be sure to read along to see what happens! And of course, I’ll be posting it as each week wraps up…

Remember, this Act will still be playable until the event ends on November 10th. However, Act 4 will start on November 2nd (Note the Tuesday start date).

Things kick off for Act 3 with some dialogue between Lisa, Homer, and Mad Dr. Hibbert…

Lisa: Dad, why are you wearing a frog mask?
Homer: If I can’t beat our dinosaur overlords, I say we join ‘em.
Mad Dr. Hibbert: Hold on, Frogman. We’ve still got options. This crisis started with medical science gone awry, and medical science gone awry is how we’re going to end it.
Lisa: Science going awry has caused a lot of problems in the world.
Mad Dr. Hibbert: C’mon, little girl. A little DNA manipulation never hurt anyone…that we know of.
Quimby: Stand aside, young lady and let the mad scientist do his thing.

This triggers the Act 3 questline, The Mutant Army of Dr. Hibbert and is followed by 4 hr tasks for 5 Springfielders, Dr. Hibbert, and Lisa, as well as a task to collect Act 3 Currency (115), and a task to collect/tap 15 dinosaurs. The Mutant Army of Dr. Hibbert is the questline that will take you through unlocking all of this Act’s prizes.

THOH XXXII Premium Dialogue: Mecha Chalmers and Over Under Beast

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

Act 2 of this event has ushered in one new premium character to help navigate our way to true enlightenment and one new character as part of the Gil Deal. Mecha Chalmers is an all-new premium character for Springfield, who will not only help earn event currency but also comes with a questline. While the Over Under Beast is the character offered with this event’s Gil Deal…and will not earn event currency, but will likely make you giggle with the questline.
