I’ve earned donuts from the task Clean Up Springfield. Is this something that happens after Cleaning Up Springfield a certain number of times? Or a really nice surprise that happens every once in a while?

Okay, I’m back to see if I am the only one experiencing a new problem that popped up for me today… I can’t get my cannon to fire and my town doesn’t seem to be making elves. I have three elves for a six hour span, and I was getting more than that. Perhaps not a huge amount, but more than one per hour. Plus, now I can’t get my cannon to fire. The symbol is there, and disappears when tapped, but nothing happens except that the counter resets, and I have to wait another three hours to try again. It’s been like this all day for me. Is anyone else having the same issue? I just wanted to see if it was a known or multi-user glitch, or if it is just my town – before I contact EA for help. Any comments and suggestions welcome. 🙂

Been playing this game for 2 years now had its ups and downs
But now since the New Year came my game on both my kindle
And my iPhone will not let me play this game.

Anyone else experiencing server issues today? I had just finally caught up on the bells and now I am once again experiencing lockout, just like on Christmas… puts me behind again. I normally wouldn’t be that bothered, but I think I really need to get that island… 🙂

Fell out of love with this game, just re-downloaded it and giving it another go, at least I don’t have to start from the beginning though, that would have been a paiinnn!!!
Just thought I would share with my fellow addicts. Mythbusters will be doing an all SIMPSONS episode on Saturday January 10th!!!!!! It looks like it will be awesome, I mean come on, how could it not be?!? Happy New Year everyone! 🎉🎉😀
My game crashes everytime i login with my origin id but not anonymously and my friends can login without a problem. I contacted EA and they mentioned some people already have this problem and many more might soon too with the new update. They will tweet it once the issue is resolved.

After 7 hours mine finally came back… report it if it happens to you. The people at EA are very friendly, helpful and efficiant…They even called back under a minute 🙂
Is there a maximum number of elf bells you can collect in a 24 hour period? I get halfway through my friends and the bells are not being dropped and added to my total.
Yes. You are always limited on neighbor actions (not bells). 120 actions and payout on bells vary. Post coming.
I’m having issues with visiting neighbors that have intricate S’fields. Both iPhone and Kindle lock up. I’ve signed out/in and restarted both devices. Any advice? Most towns are visited fine, but I can’t frequent some of my faves and that just blows hard.
Sometimes some towns are just so massive they mess up your game. I know Wookiee’s used to kick me out a lot.

Not sure if this is the right place to query this but since the Barbarian update, I notice that one of my spare games has a new building available to buy:Sit-N-Rotate for $10000000. It pops up in each of my spare towns available to buy but not in my main town. Any ideas?? Thanks

I rarely spray paint buildings, but with the new barbarian fun, I thought why not? It would be something barbarians would do…well, I guess some of my neighbors disagreed.
The good news is I have room for new neighbors…the bad news is my barbarians rather like spray painting, it’s therapeutic.
Oh, and Kevin, I googled Charles Campion…wow, that is Peter Griffin!

I haven’t been able to play my game for 24 hours now and its during me insane lol it gets to the log in bit then goes straight back to my home screen!!! Is anyone else finding this??

My TSTO works fine on my S5 phone, but the refresh rate on my Galaxy Tab is terrible. Very jerky. Any suggestions?
Check the memory. Make sure it is on a good strong WiFi. Make sure nothing else is running in the background of the device (like Facebook or other apps). Make sure there is plenty of memory available on the device space wise. (Like 2GB). Outside of that, it depends on how old your device is. Let me know if any of that helped out.
Love the game, but got a shock today, switched the tv over and caught Charles Campion on celebrity cheff, if ever there is a film this man is Peter Griffin, a dead spitting image of him 🙂
Are they ever going to update Krustyland? New rides? Anything? Stuff I can buy with Kristy tickets? Seems like a long time since something was introduced. Not talking about food wagons, either. Rides! The stuff that theme parks are made of. The American Dream. Anything? Anything at all?
Since it was brought in to the game, it has been largely ignored minus a few additions (mostly rides from events). We all hope EA has something big planned for it in the future. If you type Krustyland into our search bar, you can see a lot of ideas and designs.
I have put in lots of time and now I get a message that my device has run out of space and the game won’t open up….any help is appreciated to get this fixed…..
It’s a common glitch with new Android phones. As long as you have an Origin Account….uninstall and reinstall TSTO that should help it load properly in your game.
I am noticing that when I visit friends after awhile I no longer get emblems is this normal

If you unlock a stone cutter say like disco stu in his robe but you don’t have disco stu in your town, will you get him when you get to the part to where you get the robe for him?
The skin will go in your inventory. If you ever get Disco Stu, it will be there waiting for you.

I thought it would be cool to have an airport added to our Springfields…I remember watching an episode in which there was an airport….what are the chances or EA adding an airport anytime soon?
There was an airplane restaurant, about as close as we have gotten to one. A lot have created an airport look with decorations.

Heads up for anyone that may have contemplated this (or I guess I might be the only one, dunno).
I built a lobster trap to try and corral any wandering bunnies so I could contain them and make it a lot quicker to zap them. Well, I tried using my gazillion Easter fences to do it, it didn’t work. They just hopped right through the fencing as if it wasn’t there. I spent a fair bit of time on that little endeavor (including it’s design) so, needless to say, I was pretty disappointed. 🙁
Maybe it would work with the “spooky” wall sections from Halloween but I think I might let someone else try that and let me know. Besides, I don’t have enough wall sections to do a good sized one. If you do it, or have done it, let me know.
The coding is set up that you can’t contain any character or animal that moves. Sorry. Would be cool though if you could.

There is an image on the home page on the left showing “Add Friends”, if you click on it…it will take you to the page. Also across the top menu, the listing “Add Friends”. Also the link I posted previously and will repost below…just go to the page and leave a comment below with your Origin ID and you can also get names of others looking for friends there too. 😉

If you are referring to adding a friend within the game now…there are a few ways you can do it. Just click on the neighbor icon (Milhouse and Bart). It will take you to your neighbor screen. From there, you click on Bart & Milhouse again. It will open the new area for friends.
The handshake icon will show you the requests sent to you (you can approve or decline), the ones that you have sent out (you can cancel if you have waited a while and they still have not accepted), and then at the bottom it will show the friends you already have (you can hide them).
Bart & Milhouse icon will also show you just the neighbors you already have.
Facebook icon will show you friends in FB (if you sign in) that have not joined the game.
Origin Icon will show you friends in Origin that have not joined the game.
At the very bottom of this, there is the option to log into your Facebook as well as “Find More Friends”. If you click on the “Find More Friends” you can enter part or all of the names from our “Add Friends” list here and search for those users. It will then give you the option to “Add” them. (If they have already requested you first, you will see an “Accept” instead of “Add” option).
I hope this helps. You can also send requests, manage neighbors, and delete neighbors with the Origin Desktop Manager. Hope this helps 😉

Why can’t I get Valentine’s from some of my neighbors when I visit them? I think if we can’t collect Valentine’s or what ever the specialty is then we should be able to still tap on businesses to collect XP and money. This way out neighbors know that we are still playing. Is there a way you can fix this?
I wish there was a way we could fix it. But alas, it’s all up to the creators at EA.
I would like an alternative to tapping as well. I guess they REALLY want us being loving to our neighbors only.
This is my go to game .I love it and play all the time. The game is my addiction and I will keep my Simpsons on the move …they don’t sit around being stuck in one spot .I’m always checkin’ on them
