Cons:
-Otto uses illegal substances in the game, and depending on your views you may want to pass on him
-He doesn’t interact with any other characters
Final Thought:
There really are very few reasons not to buy the School Bus and Otto. For the price and the combo of a building that generates income and a premium character that generates money you really can’t go wrong with this one.
