Looks like Gil’s back in Springfield. He returned to Springfield early this morning (he likes to sneak into town under the cloak of darkness…), naturally with another offer for us. What’s the latest gimmick he’s peddling? Well with all the fighting going on in Springfield, makes total sense to me that’s this time he’s pushing booze!
So let’s breakdown the details of this latest offer and determine if you should spend your donuts on this Barfly Package….
So when you first get into Springfield you’ll see Gil waving his arms around..doing his best impression of Touchdown Jesus (fitting since Sunday is the Superbowl)…just begging you to tap on him…
If you tap on him you’ll see…
Gil: With all the fighting over the Mega Playscape, Ol’ Gil has hit the skids again. Where are good guys like me supposed to nod off after a day of doing nothing? That’s what I used to ask myself before finding this Moe’s Express kit. If you’d just help set ‘er up, Ol’ Gil and the boys will ahve a place to park it between sittings at Moe’s Tavern!
At which point you’ll see his latest gimmick…

Pros

-Moe’s Express has a visual task for ALL of Moe’s “Regulars” to drink there
Cons
-A Bit pricey (although 199 for 2 characters and a deco isn’t awful)
-Will likely come back in the future at a discounted cost (probably in a Mystery Box)…just like the Nerds did recently
-Not Voiced
-Moe’s Express doesn’t come with a bonus % or extra income earner
Final Thought
Premium or Freemium:
I know it’s pricey…but it’s great! I’m a big fan of the visual task for ALL of the regulars (and Moe). Plus it’s two characters…considering the last couple of Gil Deals have been 1 character or an NPC at the same price, I think this is more than fair. (I’m also not someone worried it may “go on sale” later. I’ll get my enjoyment out of it prior to that potential sale price)
Of course, in the end, it’s your decision, we can only tell you what we would or wouldn’t do…and as I premium player, I already told you, I’m a big fan and picked it up. But whatever you decide, just make sure you make your final decision before it leaves our games for good (or for now).
