Where Did THAT Come From – It Blows

Advertisements

In our silly lil game, we sometimes see things pop in that we have no clue as to their Origin. They seem familiar, but we just can’t pinpoint from where. So that is why we decided to make a fun lil reminder out of it. To let you know just Where did THAT Come From?

With Level 50 came the return of Friendship Prizes. The first new one, respectively the 14th of 15 total, was It Blows. Earning $90 and 10 XP every 4hrs for “Blowing”, you may find yourself wondering just where this air conditioning store comes from in the Best. Show. Ever.? Let’s wade into the show and find it in Season 9, Episode 3: “Lisa’s Sax”.

This of course is the episode to watch if you were ever wondering about the origin of Lisa’s saxomaphone via a drawn-out Bart story. The end result is a sweet moment that entails Homer giving up a much needed air conditioner to buy his precious daughter a sax. Of course, the only place to buy an A/C is a cleverly punny store named It Blows!

I love Homer’s second inscription on Lisa’s sax. “Dear Lisa, May Your New Saxophone Bring You Many Years Of D’oh!” I hope TSTO brings all my favorite tappers many years of d’oh also. What do you think of the new friendship prize? I dig it and will always think of Lisa when I see this building.

TTFN… Wookiee out!
