Hey hey friends! In our silly lil game, we sometimes see things pop in that we have no clue as to their Origin. They seem familiar, but we just can’t pinpoint from where. So that is why we decided to make a fun lil reminder out of it. To let you know just Where did THAT Come From?
Woo to the hoo! New Friendship Prizes and Level 58! With the addition of the H.M.O. building, the 18th prize to date, some of you may be wondering just where in the Best. Show. Ever. this new medical service location came from. Does it have anything to do with the hospital, plastic surgery or the center for geriatric medicine? Let’s take look at the TV series to find out.
“The Last Temptation of Homer” (S5:E9)
Woo hoo! A classic episode that introduced Mindy Simmons! Lots of info about those shenanigans in other posts but there’s usually more to an episode than Homer being tempted by his sexy female personality doppleganger. Stuff like Bart painting parking spots at Springfield Elementary that are one foot narrower and his resultant punishment which identifies that his vision isn’t so great. “You mean it’s not me noggin’ and just me peepers?” Marge takes Bart to Hibbert’s new HMO that provides “every medical service you could ever need under one roof.”
Services at the Hibbert Moneymaking Organization include optometry, dermatology, podiatry and EENT. The end result is super nerd Bart, a skin I think would be hilarious in our games complete with more nerds for the game. Excelsior!
