September (at least here in the US) means the weather gets crisper, the days start to get shorter, the leaves start to change and it’s time for the season premiere of The Simpsons! To celebrate the 27th Season (as they’ve done for season premieres in the past), TSTO launched an all new episode tie-in! And with this little weekend event arrives a couple a new episode inspired premium decoration…the Statue of Burns! Now I know you may be trying to decide if this is worth YOUR donuts, but don’t sweat it! We’re here to tell you what’s worth the donuts and what you might want to hold off on.

-Does not offer a bonus %
-The real estate bonus offered is nice, but not worth it (you’re better off leveling up a building in SH and saving the 50 donuts)

Honestly, don’t waste your donuts on this one. The fact that it does not offer a bonus % really annoys me. For 50 donuts you should at least get a 2-2.5% bonus with this item. Instead they’re offering you an 800k real estate boost, which honestly just isn’t worth the 50 donuts in my opinion.
So unless you really love this statue…pass.
Of course in the end it’s your decision, we can only tell you what we would/wouldn’t do…and I can tell you, I’m fully passing on this one…it just doesn’t make sense for me. However, whatever you decide just remember that this statue will be leaving our stores soon, so if you’re thinking about it getting it make sure you make your final decisions before September 29th or you’ll miss your chance.
