Woo hoo! The MAGGIE ACT!!!!
In our silly lil game, we sometimes see things pop in that we have no clue as to their Origin. They seem familiar, but we just can’t pinpoint from where. So that is why we decided to make a fun lil reminder out of it. To let you know just Where Did THAT Come From?
It’s still snow time like the present to be playing an event in TSTO and we keep getting more and more amazing stuff. You know what that means… it’s time again for me to dip into my noggin of Simpsons info and write about specific stuff. For this post I will be going over the third prize from Act III of the 2015 TSTO Holiday Event for 17,800 Pacifiers/Binkies/Nuks/Soothers/Dummies/Chupas… Wall E. Weasel’s. But what does this building have to do with the Best. Show. Ever. and Maggie? Where did it come from? Let’s take a look at the TV Series to find out.
“Radio Bart” (S3:E13)
Another item from a classic Simpsons episode. The beginning of this one finds us celebrating Bart’s birthday. Like any American kiddo, there’s only one place to have a par-tay… a restaurant with games, pizza and animatronic characters that are mildly creepy… Wall E. Weasel’s, “We Cram Fun Down Your Throat.”
A ball pit, basketball games, skeeball, whack-the-weasel, a furry mascot, pizza, and Larry the Looter. Fun times!
Anyone besides me go to a place like this with a mouse instead of a weasel? I wrote briefly about this building when it’s mascot appeared in the Springfield Dump. Whenever I think of this restaurant, the only thing that comes to mind is “You’re the birthday, you’re the birthday, you’re the birthday boy or girl.”
I’ve heard some great stories about restaurants like this. Of course, the last time I went to one they made me lojack my kid and sign some waiver and the pizza was like cardboard and then I lost my daughter in some convoluted indoor playground but like I said… fun times. At least our hundred something tickets bought a cool keychain, right? But we’re not done yet with origins. We have to head to “Beware My Cheating Bart” (S23:E18) before we finish.
This is the Bart falls for Shauna and she should be locked up for exposing herself episode but when Bart is spending time with Shauna so Jimbo can go with his bully brethren, they start a secret romance and one of the places Bart secretly dates the perv magnet/skank is Wall E. Weasel’s.
