Pros
-Helps earn event currency, 190
-Comes with an additional Grape Stomping Vat (2×3 in size, Vanity +200)
-Chateau has an additional “restored” facade to it once you’ve completed the questline
-Bart has a pemanent 4hr job to Stomp Grapes in the vat (visual, earns $175,45xp)
Cons
-Large footprint, 10×10 can be difficult to fit in Springfield
-Pricey for a building without a character
Final Thought
Premium or Freemium:
Honestly, I really like this one for freemium or premium players. The task for Bart at the Vat is hilarious, and takes you right back to season 1 of the Simpsons. 75 donuts is a bit pricey, but it’ll also help earn event currency. You do get a big bang for your buck with this one.
Of course in the end it’s your decision, we can only tell you what we would or wouldn’t do. And I can tell you as a premium player, I’m getting this one. Just remember this is limited time, and will be leaving our stores next week. So be sure to make your final decision before it’s gone from our games for good. (or for now..) Also remember that this is one of those items that will help with the event, so the earlier you get it the better. So I’d try to make your final decision before the weekend is over, so that you’ll get the greatest return on it.
