Episode Tie-In, In-Game Update: 22 for 30 (Updated and Complete)

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

Well that didn’t take very long….we’ve got ourselves a fun little in-game update.  This particular update is a tie-in for Sunday’s new episode of The Simpsons, “22 for 30″, and will kick off for you in your game automatically (after the download) with some dialogue from Skinner & Milhouse.

This will be followed by 4hr tasks for the kids of Springfield…

Remember this is an in-game update, but you won’t see it unless you’ve downloaded the removal update for Around the World that hit App Stores yesterday.  And no, this hasn’t fixed the missing tourists yet…

So this episode tie-in contains a couple of new items, 2 premium 1 free, and loads of returning content from events past.  Here’s a look:

New Stuff…

Outdoor Half-Court- Free, unlocks with the questline.  6×7.  Animated job for Milhouse there…

7200 Ounce Squishee- 25 Donuts, Earns a .60% bonus on all cash and XP. 1×1 in size. Not very tall, comes up to about the bay window in the Simpsons House in height.

ESBN Sports Desk w/ Anger Watkins- 110 Donuts.  Desk is 3×4 in size and earns a 3% bonus on all cash and XP.

After the questline is done Milhouse’s Practice Two-Pointers task AND Milhouse’s Fight Bart tasks will both remain in Milhouse’s task list.  BOTH are animated tasks and both are done really well.  Very impressed with this two animations.
