Premium or Freemium:
This is one of those if you like it, get it items. There’s not a ton of practical value with it. You’d be buying it just because you like it and have a use for it. Otherwise pass. And if you really want something with a similar design buy the Mini Nuclear Warhead…the bonus % is so much better!
Of course in the end it’s your decision, we can only tell you what we would or wouldn’t do. And I can tell you as a premium player, I’ve already picked this one up. I liked it and had a space for it.
