As we all know, that limited-time label can tempt us to grab everything in sight because it’ll be gone soon. But don’t sweat it! That’s where we come in to tell you what’s worth those donuts and what you might want to hold off on.
Wondering if you should add the Stonecutters’ Tunnel to your Springfield? Well before you hit that confirm button let’s break down the pros and cons of adding this super secret shortcut to your town…
Building/Decoration: Stonecutter Tunnel
Donut Cost: 60 Donuts
Size: 12×6 (main tunnel), 8×6 (each additional tunnel piece)
Earns: 2.5% bonus on cash and XP
Conform-O-Meter: Vanity +100 (Main Tunnel), Nothing for additional tunnels
Other Info: Can be placed on the grass|pavement|boardwalk|pier|dirt|ice

Pros
-Funny item from a classic episode
-Can build more tunnels off of it to make a large tunnel system in Springfield, each additional tunnel costs $2,000 and takes 3 hrs to construct
Cons
-Doesn’t do anything, aside from being a big decoration (which means no, it doesn’t transport you to another part of Springfield. At least not from what I can tell)
-Bonus % is ok, but not spectacular. The ideal is 1% or better for every 20 donuts.
Final Thought
Premium or Freemium:
Personally, although I love this episode, I’m passing. It just doesn’t do enough for me to justify spending the donuts. So unless you really love the idea of a tunnel to nowhere….pass.
Of course, in the end, it’s your decision, we can only tell you what we would or wouldn’t do…and as I premium player, I’m passing. But whatever you decide, just make sure you make your final decision before it leaves our games for good (or for now).
