Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

Well, just because there’s no Addicts Live today doesn’t mean I didn’t want to give y’all some fun stuff to check out.  So here’s the latest roundup of Simpon’s News and a few fun things to check out!

I think Simpon’s Director/Animator David Silverman is just as bored with no new Simpsons the last month as we are, as he’s been crazy busy posting old animation sketches on his Twitter!

First up are some super old sketches he shared earlier this week (and late last week)…

NME takes a look at what Simpsons Secrets these sketches reveal in this interesting article: http://www.nme.com/blogs/tv-blogs/five-secrets-we-learned-from-the-newly-unveiled-1995-simpsons-sketches-2246550

Then just yesterday he shared a super early sketch of the Opening Credits (from 1989)

And finally, since it’s likely many of you are going through withdrawals of our favorite yellow family….since they won’t be back for a couple more weeks…The Shortlist has their picks for the 10 Greatest Ever Episodes of The Simpsons, which you can find here: https://www.shortlist.com/entertainment/tv/the-simpsons-best-ever-episodes-imdb/346620 (which includes their analysis and reasoning for placement).  But for those who just want the list…

10. Homer the Heretic
9. King Sized Homer
8. Last Exit in Springfield
7. Marge vs. the Monorail
6. Who Shot Mr. Burns Pt. 1
5. Treehouse of Horror V
4. The City of New York vs. Homer Simpsons
3. Cape Feare
2. You Only Move Twice
1. Homer’s Enemy

So there you have it my friends, the latest round-up of fun Simpson’s News!

What are your thoughts on the sketches?  How about the latest Top 10 List?  Would those episodes make it in your Top 10?  Why or why not?  If not what’s your Top 10? Sound off below you know we love hearing from you!

Happy Saturday!
