Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

Well here we are, in the most wonderful time of the year…Christmas in Springfield! The leaves on the trees have fallen, snow blankets the ground and there’s joy all around town!

This Event is broken up into 3 Acts, with each Act containing part of the story.  To help you move along with the event you’ll get several prizes per Act.  Each prize will either be something fun for Springfield or something to help you move along in the event.  For the Second Act you’re tasked with collecting Mistletoe () to unlock each prize!

The fourth Act 2 prize awarded at 27,450  is the Buckingham Pay-Less Motel!  For all your motel needs…

So let’s take a closer look at this fourth prize and just what happens when you unlock it in your Springfield…

Once you’ve collected 27,450   you’ll automatically be awarded the motel and you’ll see this message popup:

You’ll have the ability to place the motel in your Springfield immediately or place it in inventory for later (store).  If you store it, remember you’ll have to go into your inventory to retrieve it..

And that’s really it to this Pay-Less Motel…no additional questline once placed and nothing to earn you more .  Just unlock the prize and that’s basically it…

Here are some quick facts about the Buckingham Pay-Less Motel:

Size: 5×10
Build Time: 4hrs
Conform-O-Meter Impact:
Indolence +10
Earns: $150, 13xp/8hrs
What Does it Do?:  Not much really.  Just another building for Springfield….

What’s Next?
Festivus Comic Book Guy  the fifth (and final) prize, which will be awarded at 35,250 .  This will be the next prize we cover in a prize rundown post.

So that my friends is the full breakdown of the fourth Christmas Act 2 prize!
