Should I Spend Donuts on Spotlight Dance Bot?

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

Hope you’ve got your dancing shoes on and your cell phones ready to light up the night because Homerpalooza has arrived in Springfield!  That’s right the rock fest has begun!  Our stores are now jam-packed with premium items just tempting us to drop our sprinkles on!

Of course with that limited-time label it can be tempting to grab everything in sight because it’ll be gone soon.  But don’t sweat it!  That’s where we come in to tell you what’s worth those donuts and what you might want to hold off on.

Wondering if you should add Spotlight Dance Bot to your Springfield?  Well before you hit that confirm button let’s break down the pros and cons of adding this dancin’ light to your town…

Character: Spotlight Dance Bot
Donut Cost: 30 Donuts

Leaves stores August 15th

Pros
-Animated when tapped, light turns on and he dances
-Comes with a small amount of initial dialogue

Cons
-It’s an NPC, nearly everything about it is a con

Final Thought
Premium or Freemium:
It’s an NPC, unless you’re Brooders (and collect NPCs and lock them in your basement) Pass. Adds no benefit to your Springfield.

Here’s a look at the dialgoue:

Frink’s Lady Bot: Observe!  It is the dancing spotlight robot.
Hawking Bot: Right on.  The party has entered the dwelling’s interior.
Spotlight Bot: *happy beep*
Homer: Go on guys, dance “The Robot”.
Hawking Bot: Why would you assume I only know that dance?  Offensive! Offensive! Offensive!

Of course in the end it’s your decision, we can only tell you what we would or wouldn’t do…and as I premium player I can tell you I’m passing.   But whatever you decide, just make sure you make your final decision before it leaves our games for good (or for now).

What are your thoughts on the Spotlight Dance Bot?  Will you be spending the donuts to add it to your Springfield? Did you already?  Why or why not?  Sound off in the comments below, you know we love hearing from you!
